The drinks are becoming increasingly diluted. I have tried coffee Milk tea at different locations and last two times at Bellevue, felt they are very diluted. Parking is tricky, may be consider street parking or public parking opposite the store, I could see a lot of people blocking the main road.

I used to be a regular Sharetea Redmond customer, but after visiting the Bellevue franchise, I was blown away by the level of customer service. Krish was a very kind server who gave good recommendations. If you like boba or have any dignity, please visit Sharetea Bellevue.

Went here yesterday worst experience experience! My server, Krish, was a dry but they were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service.The atmosphere at ShareTea is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to unwind. The menu offers a wide variety of delicious tea options, and Krish was more than happy to help me navigate through the choices.The drink I ordered was not only beautifully crafted but also tasted amazing. Krish's attention to detail and passion for their job truly stood out. It's evident that the staff at ShareTea take pride in delivering a top-notch experience to their customers.

For context, I live and work within a mile of this place and have only been here once. Much prefer the other options close by!
I like ShareTea but their customer service is horrible and the quality of drinks is inconsistent. If you have a problem with your drink, no one knows what to do. Just was on hold for 13 min as the employee texted back and forth with her manager asking how to process a refund. More expensive than Starbucks but nowhere near their level of customer service.

The bubble teas here are super good! The flavor is amazing and the service is really good. They are very friendly. It is a very spacious bubble tea shop so there's places to wait around and enjoy the inside.

We went to this place today and the manager name Sophie Su was not doing her job as a customer service. We were trying to add extra toppings and she kept saying we can't. Even though when we tried to have coconut milk instead of normal milk due to food allergies she still gives us a hard time.She kept arguments with us about toppings. So at the end,we didn't get our extra toppings. She has a bad attitude as a manager position.If you can't get extra toppings, the sign needs to be off the menu.
