I waited in line, and paid over $7.00 for a grande soy latte that included a $1.00 tip. I then waited another 15min for my order. The order was never prepared!!! I told the associate that I had paid over $7.00 and had been waiting. She just looked at me and said, “oh, someone must have taken it”. She put her arms in the air and did absolutely nothing! I will never return to that Starbucks again and in fact, I will inform all my family and friends about this experience immediately!!!

Very fun coffee experience. I came in with a photo I saw on reddit of an iced coffee with extra caramel, extra strawberry puree, and whipped cream. The staff, maybe the manager, said wow and we backwards engineered a hot caramel latte equivalent. I can see the universe from the sugar. It's delicious and tastes like liquid gold as my coworker who tried it says.Thank you for the fun coffee! Not something I can do every day since too much coffee makes me shakey but my favorite in a while. Caramel and strawberry flavoring are my favorite.

The settingwas really nice and the workers worked as fast as they could with the influx of shoppers that were there at the same time. I had the best caramel frappacino there.

They are super busy during the rush hour. But all the staff are very nice. Sometimes they do get customized items wrong but they will fix it.

The cost of coffee at Starbucks has now risen to such great heights that it makes no financial sense to get coffee here anymore. Especially versus a home coffee or espresso machine, which would be a lot cheaper.

We had some amazing batistas. They were friendly and made great conversation. I really appreciate the work they do to make this starbucks feel comfortable for all.the sandwich warmed up is surprisingly tasty, do recommend for a quick bite.

Really weird experience. Parking is always pretty full in the lot and tight and takes a while to get out. Anywho, came in on a fine Friday morning at 10am last week. There was a group of highschoolers sitting a table in front of the ordering counter. Lady at register had a quieter voice and was very, very frustrated. She announced "excuse me can you please be more quiet near the ordering counter" except you couldn't really hear her. Just really weird having someone do that at a starbies. I prefer other Starbucks in Bellevue than this one.
Barista takes her "sanitation" protocols way too seriously. I don't need to be vocally reprimanded from across the store for grabbing a lid from behind the counter that she failed to put on my coffee in the first place. Im a paying customer that came to get an expensive (and very mediocre) coffee not a lecture. It's 2023, time to move on from all this craziness. Another reason Starbucks has become a crappy McDonald's.
