This location is extremely busy yet there are only 2 employees, and these poor souls are working like spinning tops. No wonder it is dirty and unorganized. Wish the owner didn’t pay them minimum wage for such hard work!

Store hours to open at 5:30am on Wednesday, however, staff saw me at the door at 6am but ignored me and didn’t say anything or have the entrance unlocked. Not sure if their hours changed even though I checked with multiple sources. Still waiting for the store to open and it’s 6:20am by now.

Your average strip mall Starbucks, my usual one was out of stock. My order was made correctly and waiting for pickup when I got there. Staff were too busy chatting with each other to notice I existed or to say hello or thanks, so not the greatest atmosphere.

Terrible rude service. Do not come here if you want to have a nice day. The quality of starbucks stores seems to be dependent on the area it's in.

This location always prevails. I’ve been coming here for years. Flying in like a bat out of hell, grabbing my mobile order, sporting an RBF 39% of the time. Yet despite all this, the staff has still managed to make me smile with their consistently friendly approach and consistent drinks. I give major kudos to the manager. She is happy and upbeat, and just an all around awesome person, which must transfer to her staff. Yes, they’ve had some ups and downs during the pandemic (I’m assuming that’s where some of the lower ratings are coming from) but which business didn’t?? Either way, they bounced back and often make my day.

Service is different when I approach the counter.. meaning guest before me and after gets great service and conversation. I just get silence until I tell my order. No asking what size or anything. I don’t care to support businesses where I’m spending my money and the cashiers can’t even look at you. Made me feel uncomfortable being in a place the multi cultural, Every time it’s a different experience. Worst customer service ever. The guy who makes my coffee is probably the only one who gives a smile or sometimes even ask how my day is going.. I’m okay with going elsewhere and I’m sure Starbucks doesn’t care about the review anyways.
