This Starbucks is my go-to location for remote working. There is a variety of seating - including some outside. I’ve had many productive work sessions here :)In the past I’ve had great, friendly service. That is still the case occasionally, although I’ve had some interactions with staff lately that aren’t as joyful or hospitable. I’ve had more than one occasion where I am charged more or my drink isn’t quite made the same when I order at the counter compared to mobile order. I still recommend this location for the space and atmosphere, however I will probably resort to mobile ordering from now on rather than ordering from the counter.

I don't get all the negative reviews this place gets. You all need to chill! Every time I walk into this place the environment feels so cheerful and calm. That's set in place by the wonderful people behind the counter! Fellow customers are seen smiling/laughing and talking with each other. Drinks come out great, staff are respectful, music is on point. The location is nice (even though it's on-top of a huge hill).

I know it’s Starbucks, but this place is genuinely a local coffee shop that i recommend people goto. The staff are nice, if you come often they will remember your drink and you. It’s always clean and there is frequently cool stuff going on here.

if i could give negative stars for this i would. yesterday i went in placed a mobile order after saving all my stars for months i decided to cash them out for a free coffee. the employee made my drink wrong and made me late for work i was going to let it go but i was a little upset it was wrong. so i call yesterday to tell them they made it wrong and she was mad i called and said "im really busy so what do you want" ok? so then i asked if they could remake it tomorrow as i was already in seattle at that point , i come in today for it and the lady at the counter was nice but it was the same employee who had been rude yesterday making the drinks today. after i explain i had a remake today she chimed in and goes "oh so it was ordered incorrectly" i just blankly starred at her because it wasn't. i have mobile ordered the same drink for years and have never had an issue. the lady at the counter was being nice goes "no it was made wrong" the rude employee goes "oh no so it was ordered incorrectly" AND THEN SHE DIDNT MAKE MY DRINK SHE IGNORED ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE AND MADE ME WAIT 15 MINUTES UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE FINALLY STEPPED IN AND MADE IT. she is a heavier set woman with brown hair seemingly annoyed to have her job and annoyed to do her job correctly. i was batista for 4 years and never have i ever treated a customer so rudely or inappropriately. she deserves to be fired ! never returning.

This is my Favorite Lakemont Starbucks location. I have a great experience each visit and staff is Very Friendly. This visit I ordered my usual. A Mocha Frappuccino and a Bacon Gouda Sandwich with Egg. There is also plenty of Parking on the outside with seating areas as well. I highly recommend this place for all especially when its Sunny Outside. Thank you and God Bless Lakemont Starbucks!

My order took longer than expected, but the barista was very helpful in letting me know when she was working on my drinks. I really appreciated the personal attention and eye contact I received from stafff when they knew I was in a hurry.I would have given my review 5 stars, but I was a bit annoyed about having yo go back and bother the barista again for straws. Customers should be able to retrieve those items without having to wait when it’s busy. Many other Starbucks allow this convenience for their customers so why is this store any different?

I was in the area so thought I’d get myself an iced coffee… what I really got was cold vanilla flavored milk. I should have asked for it to be remade but I was in a rush.. definitely will be sticking to the regular Starbucks I go to. I’d like to know where’s the coffee in this?

I visited Lakemont Starbucks on 7/26 . The lady at the counter was talking to someone and they seem to talk social stuff . That person was not ordering any coffee . We were not acknowledged or even asked to wait till they are done . We waited for 5 min and then left. Usually service is good at this location.
