Parking can indeed be tricky here due to the tight parking space (it's in prime Bellevue downtown location after all) and ongoing construction activity nearby, but the manager and the staff make up for the experience through their friendliness and outstanding service. Whenever I place large orders, they go above and beyond to prepare trays, seal the containers with stickers, and place them in bags for easy transport. I was pleasantly surprised when the manager even assisted me in carrying the bags to my car one time! They truly are my favorite Starbucks team.

Ok, here's the deal. Yes, they make correct coffee of your choice. Turnaround is typical. All this doesn't matter if you can't find a parking spot because the location is terrible. I get it, these type of locations are for local brats who live within the area.. None of it matters if you are annoyed drinking coffee that took you 1 hr to park.. So if you're not a local resident that lives 5 minutes away,smack in the middle of downtown, I suggest you don't waist your valuable time.

If you'd rather avoid receiving an unexpected parking ticket costing over $100, consider visiting one of the numerous nearby Starbucks branches. I personally experienced receiving a parking citation while being inside the Starbucks store, due to their parking lot having extremely stringent time restrictions, such as limits of 10 minutes or 30 minutes.Parking: Their parking lot enforces unreasonable time limits, such as 10 minutes or 30 minutes, and the penalties for exceeding them can result in tickets costing over $100.

I ended up getting a ticket parking in their parking lot even though I was at the Starbucks the whole time. Their parking lot has ridiculous time limits (10 mins, 30 mins, etc). Ordered a vanilla bean latte & the guy corrected me and said "latte with vanilla bean powder" idk maybe that was him trying to warn me that it would be terrible, cause it was. Traded it for a chai latte, which was watery and sucked as well. Service was good, drinks were bad :/ the plum cheese danish was a must try! Cute space also. Just don't go for coffee LMAO

This Starbucks has one of the friendliest staff in the world who honestly have one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I work nearby but since I work so early, I never have time to actually go inside, but I do every now and then. When I order on Doordash, the staff would always write "thank you" and one time they even drew a cat! These are the kind of things that just brighten up your day before it even start. Their coffee is excellent and I'm obsessed with the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso drink and I always make sure to grab a cup from them every now and then. The ambiance of the cafe is pretty comfy. Right now, there's many construction happening in Bellevue so don't go in expecting the workers to do something about the noise :( Many office workers, and construction would dine in every now and then and the atmosphere is overall nice!

This was the third Starbucks and remains the second oldest operating store. They doubled in size a few decades ago, but the decor is dated, and food quality has declined across the stores in the past 10-15 years.
Great location and friendly staff. While I'm not a regular, I did observe the staff greeted other patrons by name, indicating they take great care in knowing their "regulars."

Staff:They were a friendly crew. I was helped by kwenia I think is what I read on her name tag. Logan was a great guy who walked around and offered a sample of a cold brew that I really liked. Quality:Standard Starbucks coffee which was good. The next morning I got a coffee and a donut. Value:Always reasonable pricing here folks. Overall:My experience was a 5 star until the second visit when I was helped by an older lady wearing a mask but I forgot her name. She wasn't rude but seemed a bit disinterested in helping me. So warmth or thanks for my business. This changed my rating from 5 to a 4 overall.

One of the partners named Crow, has made my drink so perfect on a consistent basis that he should be the poster person for starbucks. He always called me by name and said thank you. He's an all-star!
