I was recently visiting Seattle and stopped by this location because it was close to the hotel where I was staying. When I entered, I took a little bit of time to figure out what I want because the menu is different than what's in California. Once I decided, I began to place my order. The older lady that was working on 5/2023 at 12:45 pm started putting stuff on my sandwich that I didn't ask for. And when I told her to remove it she got an attitude. I am not sure why, because I should be able to get the sandwich the way I'd like it with the toppings that I want. I told her to cancel my order and I left.

This location is frustrating in that they don't allow coupons to be used. Its a high traffic area with enormous foot traffic from nearby dealerships and businesses. I didn't realize they didn't allow coupons until it was too late.

I noticed there were signs saying this location didn't accept coupons. But it still took the rewards program via the app, so I asked if I could apply a reward I had earned to my order. Cashier shook her head despite not seemingly to understand what I was asking, and just ignored my inquiry altogether and gave me a total.The Coke was also very watered down.

I'm pretty sure that an individual subway cannot deny corporate issued coupons. Also, they have obscured the view through the glass.

CAUTION!The worst customer experience ever. Super super "RUDE" and disgusting attitude. That guy was using abusing languages. And bad sandwich making skills and they can't even place cheese and toast it the right way! I'm very very disappointed how I was treated and will never go back and I'm Recommending to people to stop going... "DISGUSTING SUBWAY LOCATION".

Guy seemed annoyed when I asked him to put more than 5 leaves of spinach on the sandwich. Had to continuously ask for additional veggies until we both got tired of it.I’m not sure about other locations, because this isn’t more normal spot, but I ordered double protein and have what appears to be the regular amount of protein.Won’t come back here. Don’t waste your money.

They were pretty dead. I walked in and asked to use the bathroom before placing my order. When I came back, the guy was in the back room on his phone and had his headphones in. Wasn't paying attention at all. I tried to call out to him a few times, but I guess customers aren't as important as his social life/entertainment? Glad I was only passing through and that I don't have to worry about his poor service in the future.
