Go to Haldilao. At least they’re not as dishonest and shady as these people and the food has actual taste and you’d be better off from a price to quantity and quality ratio. Their broth tastes like plain water. And they charge you extra for broth on top of $40 AYCE and extra for every single sauce including sesame oil. Given how dishonest they’re, they write that in really small font. Also, the food is terrible and will give you stomach issues. The god awful service - They didn’t bring us any food 30 minutes into seating except two plates of meat and had the audacity to say its last call at $45 a person at 8:45 (we were seated at 8:15). They just avoid you and hope you go away. Terrible.Response to owner- no you’re not disheartened. Your server offered me a 50% discount and you had the audacity to not even come out and talk to us or apologise but told your server we can have a 10% discount. You chickened out inside instead of facing us. You know what you did. Stop putting up appearances.

We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The meat is great especially the wagyu beef, very tender. The waiter there is also very kind. Highly recommend!

Great place great food.But over charged me. Had 4 please with the 35.99 side of the menu. Tipped $20. No drinks other than water. They showed me a bill of 160. Which is fine but looked at my bank account today and ended up paying 200. Don’t see how that adds but I guess it’s my loss.

Zooming through the sky little damn robot won't shut up . Can't enjoy dinner with this annoying robot they have zoom in his mouth across the dining room

They do NOT have to-go containers for your leftovers. Service is inconsistent but kind. There were 3 adults in our party. We had the wagyu All-You-Can Eat [AYCE]. A bowl came out and that was it for awhile. Then food started trickling in, as in, 1 item at a time for 1 person. By the time the 2 meat plates came out and veggie/dumpling bowl, we were done! There’s talk that this is done on purpose. Well, in the interim, we ordered a second round of meat and luckily, we had leftover containers and not letting it go to waste! There is a 15% service charge for groups of 4 and more.

Service was ok. My veggies were not clean and still had bugs and dirt on them. I ended up just eating the meats. I got the chicken broth - it was ok. My favorite meats were beef short rib and beef tongue.The bathrooms were super slippery when I was going to them. I'm not sure if they were being cleaned or normally like this, but I think a sign should be displayed as a warning for customers when slippery.Be aware of the veggies.I wouldn't come back.

Came here a few times. Pretty good all you can eat hot pot. Plenty choice of broth.Update: found out they over charge us for wagyu beef all you can eat price but we didn’t order wagyu beef. The server didn’t show us the receipt, only told us the total. We found out later from recipe by email. Good thing they refunded us, but be careful when you pay, make sure to check the details.

Meat doesn't taste good, nor does the sauce. Very understaffed and long wait time. Price is extremely high comparing to its quality. Weekday lunchtime AYCE 43 per person with tax, tips not included. Other hotpots in Bellevue serves better much food with better price.
It was a great experience! The staff is extremely friendly! And super tasty! The garlic soy sauce was 100/10

Parking is getting more difficult on weekends.Service is not as smooth as before.However, it's still a good all you can eat place that has karage/popcorn chicken on the menu. Very unique.
