Groupon has a deal for a deluxe karaoke room up to 50 people but this isn't real. Their rooms are really up to 15 max. It was a bit stressful when I learned about this especially when I had planned an event for 40 people. However, the manager on site, Carl, was very accommodating and his staff gave us a great service to make up for the mishap. We still had to pay additional $36 for cleaning fee which really should have been included in the Groupon. All the staff were friendly and patient though. The food was just okay and the karaoke machine/audio was great.

Ordered delivery from this urinated smell restaurant. Fat/short employee with black nike hat told me orders not ready, will take another 10mins. I told him to put the order at the front desk near the entrance when the food is ready so I don't have to walk in and smell the strong piss odor again. When I got back, order was at the front desk so I picked up the food and left as soon as I can. When I got back home the item that the fat/short oily face employee told me to wait for 10mins for is still missing. They were not busy at all and still screwed up my order. When I called them to confirm about the missing item, they told me they did put the missing item inside my bag. Dishonest disgusting place. Please avoid at all cost. Especially that fat employee.

Intentional delay for KTV service, we reserve 9:30 for KTV but they intentionally add another group of customers in front of us to get more profit and telling us that our schedule was 10:45, absolutely disgusting.

We wanted to go for a bday and made reso for a Saturday night birthday. We come in and no reso was recorded. We wait 30min to get a room and it was a room with YouTube hooked up to some mics. The room was nice but the first song we did cut out and started to play a Chinese song/ad.The food looked traditional and good. We didn't have any. We could have done karaoke at home. Maybe if we knew Chinese we would experience something else. We just wished they had karaoke machines or at least better YouTube software.

Complete disappointment, waited for over 15m on a Friday night while other customers were served and no acknowledgment was made to us by their blonde haired employee and no service was present at the front desk. We walked through the empty restaurant looking for employees. This place could be better ran by monkeys or rats. Whats the point of having a business if you’re not able to serve your customers? I received better customer service from their customer who had a large party and talked to the “host” before us because they had a reservation. No one ever came back and our party + another customer left because no serivice was provided to any walk ins. Not even a hello. There were no more than 3 table’s occupied on the main floor. There’s no point in calling beforehand because they will hang up on you and if you show up, you will be made to wait and ignored. I joined the waitlist for this all-but-empty restaurant and have yet to see an update for my registration after almost an hour. Shut this place down. It would serve the community better as an empty unit. I have no clue how they’re still in business.

The karaoke rooms are decorated with a nice touch; our room was pink and glittery and even came with a hanging ceiling mic which was appreciated by the group. We ordered an extensive variety of food and drinks (our bill came to nearly $1500 so hard to mention everything individually) and everything we tried - from the hot pot to the many types of skewers and sides of stir fried veggies - was well seasoned, tasty and fresh. The cocktails we tried were made well too.The service was a little on the slower side, which we weren't fussy about because we were having a good time but something to consider if you are only coming here for food on a busy night and not karaoke - I noticed our server was getting pulled in many directions and feel they could benefit from having more staff on busy nights. We weren't the only large group there - most of the other karaoke rooms were full as well. It may have just been our room/an off night but the internet was quite spotty throughout our time there and we found the music was laggy at times.All in all it was quite a fun place to come for food/drinks with a group of friends and I'd come back for just the food as well!

Went here for new years, great vibes good food. Left very satisfied. Got twice cooked pork and fried soft tofu. Twice cooked pork was okay, good and flavorful. Fried soft tofu was very nice savory and bit sweet. Lambs skewers were flavorful and tender. Good
