My favorite is the spicy chicken teriyaki. The chicken is tender and moist and the sauce has so much flavor. Owners are great and efficient. Best teriyaki in town! Highly recommend if you're in the area.
Best teriyaki ever!! Great portions and they have the best tasting chicken teriyaki, short ribs, and salad. They also make a delicious yakisoba which is like a japanese stir fried noodle dish. If you like spicy, they can make any of the dishes spicy and so good. Service is always so friendly. Definitely come support this family owned business if you’re in the area.

A lovely mom and pop shop located in Factoria. I have met the owner a couple of times and they are always kind and helpful. Hands-down this restaurant has the best chicken teriyaki and katsu I’ve ever had. The chicken is tender and moist and the sauce is always amazing and flavorful. The fried rice is extremely tasty too and worth the upgrade. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend Teriyaki Time.

Best short ribs you will ever try!! Been going here for years. Even after moving to Tacoma 2 years ago, I still go back monthly. Wonderful family owned teriyaki that will blow your socks off. Huge portions!! The gyoza's ? and sauce are absolutely amazing. 10/10Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.

Great local spot for some teriyaki. They have some really unique spicy options but be warned they are pretty spicy. Got the spicy chicken teriyaki and really liked it. Very small interior with very few seats so plan to either wait for a table or get your food to go.Plenty of parking in the dedicated lot outside and grade service and a really homey ambiance and feel.

Hands down the best teriyaki in the greater Seattle area. The prices are reasonable, the food is always piping hot and fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I love this spot and it's much better than "Teriyaki and more" nearby which has gone downhill.
