Delicious bakery. But on my way home, the paper bag of my to go croissant suddenly broke and fell on the street. :( So sad, I couldn't taste this. Do you know if I can ask for an additional? :((((

Recommend: Anything Croissants related, coffee, strudelWouldn't recommend: Paninis, hot chocolate, precut cakeThe croissants, coffee, and most pastries are great, but the cake and croque monsieur were disappointing. This place would easily have been 5 stars with a proper croque monsieur. Both the Ham & Provolone Croissant and Egg Roasted Turkey Tomato Pesto Croissant were fantastic, especially the pesto. The guava cream cheese strudel was fantastic due to the strudel being very flaky and and guava jam being a nice balance to the cream. Onto the downsides, the hot chocolate didn't taste rich or chocolatey enough, but it wasn't terribly. However, the croque monsieur was not satisfying and felt very underwhelming due to it being pressed into a panini and not having a layer of cheese on top of the bread, and not having enough béchamel in the sandwich. I want a croque monsieur to be incredibly rich and fatty, and this just felt like a regular ham and cheese sandwich with a nice crunch. The other thing I didn't like as much as I wanted was the blue berry cream cake. It looked delicious, and the blueberry cream was delicious, however, the cake was too dry and coarse. This seems to be an issue with most precut slices of cake that I've tried since they've already cut the cake, exposing the interior for a long time prior to consumption.

Okayish Bakery. I can't pin point what really stands out. The ambience is pretty decent and has a good sitting space. Cleanliness is above average but not top class. The desserts themselves are very average in my opinion. I don't think I ever got blown away with any dessert I tried here. Today I got Pistachio Eclairs and Tiramisu. Both very plain and cold, not at all fluffy (maybe because they were no longer fresh). Tiramisu missed the coffee kick while Pistachio Eclairs had way too strong pistachio flavor. As far as service goes very courteous and nice people. No complaints there.

I wanted to order a mango birthday cake for a former pre-schooler's 18th birthday. The French bakery really came through when I accidentally found out the kid's bd was a day earlier than I had noted on my calendar. I called the downtown location to see if it could possibly be changed. The gentleman I spoke with said he could absolutely get it started immediately, but wouldn't be able to get it to the Crossroads store where I had arranged to have it picked up, as their special delivery driver was about to leave. No problem at all for it to be picked up a day early at the downtown location and I was so thankful. My original plan was to get the cake one day and deliver it for breakfast the next morning, but I moved to AZ so had to make it happen from here. I really appreciate the extra effort to get the cake baked and ready a day early, and "V" LOVED having mango cake for breakfast. Excellent food and excellent service!

The service and atmosphere here were okay but my biggest issue was with the food. I ordered a warm croissant which took forever and was cold by the time it was put on the bar. My boyfriend also ordered a cookie which based on the display were fairly large (considering they are $4) but the one he got was literally smaller than the free cookies they give kids at the Fred Meyer bakery. Super disappointing and too pricy compared to the quality of what we got. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location but the one in Redmond is always great!

This French Bakery has delicious croissants and one of the best Vietnamese iced coffees I ever had. I went here last weekend, and the Vietnamese iced coffee was excellent, like always. I also got some ham and cheddar and sausage croissants from the pre-made section, and I was very disappointed. We asked them to heat them, and when I took my first bite after getting to the car, they were so cold. I usually order the bacon and cheese croissant from the menu, and it is soooo good. Overall, besides for cold food from their pre-made food, this place is an excellent bakery to give a try. This place is usually very busy for a reason. The ambiance in this place is small, and it is better to take the food to go as there are not many places to sit inside.

Their coffee drinks were horribly made by new hires, no quality control, low standards...not recommended.

I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering a custom cake from this French bakery two years in a row, well in advance, only to find out they forgot to prepare it both times. This left us with no choice but to scramble for a ready-made cake on the day of the celebration. I'm disheartened to say there won't be a third time. I feel compelled to advise my acquaintances against relying on this bakery for their special occasions. The lack of professionalism and forgetfulness displayed here is not what you would expect, and it almost feels like a disregard for the customer. It's a disappointing representation of what one would expect from such an establishment in America.

$4.33 for a 16oz drip coffee and the dude handing it to me couldn’t even acknowledge my presence. If you are going to rip your customers off this bad, at least make eye contact. Coffee tasted no better than something you can get at the gas station for a fraction of the price, and it was quite watery. Never again.

Bad service. I ordered coffee and food to eat in. Coffee was done in a min and waited another 15 for the food which is fine since they were busy. By the time I ate , the coffee was cold. Asked them to reheat to which they replied they cannot . We tip, clean our own tables since they are busy they don’t do it , and they could not offer a new coffee or reheat? Bad service, also the lady needs to be trained on customer service.

Food had good flavor. I had sausage and cheese croissant, jalapeño and cream cheese croissant, and Lorraine quiche. My partner had the salmon quiche. If you're picking up to go great. If you're eating in highly recommend not heating up quiche. They ended up microwaving the quiche and they were so biked it ruined the pastry and flavor was a little off. We also had a chai tee latte and orange juice. Latte had great flavor yet lacking in warmth. It was given to me lukewarm at best. Orange juice had great flavor as I get the same orange juice from Costco. Would have preferred fresh squeezed orange juice. All in all I'll give this bakery another try someday but not worth going out of my way to come back. Only if I'm in the area again.
