One star for the counter girl who was kind to communicate with me despite not knowing English well. Another star because they take credit card. Their pastry items all taste like fishy palm oil. I had a twisted donut and immediately experienced stomach bloating and cramps. Also bought the caramel almond pastry and sweet potato pastry which were both a mistake. Lost $13 to this business that needs to get a real pastry chef who pays attention to nutrition and taste.

i am always their customer since i lived in bellevue, but this time might be the last time. At around 12pm on Sunday, i go in to order a cake for my frds birthday and asked the price for the cake, the lady (i believed she is one of the owner/boss of the shop), it was not too busy during that time, around 2-3 ppl in the store, and i asked her about the favour of the cake, and she starts to get annoyed. She was speaking korean to her colleague in front of me, obviously she didnt realised that i could understand korean. She told her colleague that "she is so annoying, ask so many questions to buy a freaking cake!", i was so shock after i heard this, i just asked two questions about the price and favour of the cake that i might want and she starts to get annoyed! i was so disappointed about their customer service, on top of that they don't any name tag or description for the cake that's why i asked!

Wonderful cakes and baked goods. I always come here to purchase birthday cakes because they’re always unique and beautifully made. They even give you birthday candles so you don’t forget and a cool knife with matches inside so you’re all prepared. Really love how kind and fast the service is here too.

We got a pastry and a croque monsieur and both tasted stale + fishy from being left out in that store for so long. We did get a fresh loaf of bread which was soft and the only positive. Even bananas we bought here turned out rotten!

Came here for almond croissant after the lunch and also got some other stuff, asked cashier to warm up croissant but she seemed to be very bothered by such a request. Despite that it wasn’t busy at all she said that kitchen was. No smile. No apologies. I used to have absolutely opposite experience at Tous Les Jours (it was different state, but still, hopefully management will pay attention to such a situation)

I messed up. I really wish I had realized this was a national chain. No issues with the look or the freshness of the items, the proprietor or anything. Being next to HMart should have tipped me off. The chocolate cake I bought for my mom’s 80th was absolutely beautiful but taste wise it was filled entirely with palm oil junk. Not a single ounce of real buttercream frosting when I specifically asked for buttercream. It’s an Asian style cake. Not French. Tasteless. I paid about $45 for it which is steep for something no one enjoyed.

Title: Disappointing ExperienceReview:This used to be my favorite cake shop, but recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. I found mold on the newly purchased cake, and with the hope of exchanging it, I approached the counter. However, the staff explained that it was just some dust from the cake-making process. As a cake enthusiast, I know what's normal and what's not. Despite insisting on a replacement for my child's safety, the unwillingness and disrespectful attitude of the staff left me thoroughly disappointed. There was not a single apology, and they even gestured for me to leave. What's even more concerning is the uneven layering between the cake and the cream now, with no sign of professional quality control. It seems the shop hasn't estimated the sales volume, making the chance of getting the desired cake feel like a matter of luck. This experience has shaken my confidence in the shop's quality and service. I hope the shop takes customer feedback seriously, striving to improve both quality and service levels.

Picked up a birthday cake this weekend for my daughter. The customer service was beyond pathetic. The cashier (younger gal with round glasses) seemed very unhappy to be there and it showed. No assistance, rude to myself and the other customers she was assisting. Messed up an order that was placed ahead of time and was unapologetic about it, and witnessing this was very appalling. Why bother showing up to work. Will not support this business.

Pretty sure they give me a non-dairy cream birthday cake, it probably used for demo purpose only. The worst taste ever, wont cone back again.

Located inside H Mart, this bakery is smaller than the one in SLU. I often opt for cake slices, particularly enjoying the strawberry and mango flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for cakes.

In case you happen to pick some bread without individual wraps. They don’t give you either paper or plastic wraps and just toss all of them into one bag.. I rather go 85 degree bakery at least they packed everything nice and neat.
