I think Water Grill is the best restaurant in Bellevue/Eastside. Food is always high quality and consistent. Service is friendly and helpful. Amazing burger, seafood, steaks, everything is always fresh and high quality.David is a great server. Attentive and welcoming.Nice atmosphere, comfortable seating.

Full service bar. Had a beer and sushi which was average. Sit down dinner with fish and chips - really thick piece of fish with light batter. Unfortunately with the size of the filet, not much flavor in the fish. Service was good.

Food was fantastic. The service was terrible. Specifically, our waiter Barry took 20 minutes to show up at all. He only showed up a few times during the dinner, one of the times he walked away and attended another table in the middle of conversation without any comment, he then went off to some other part of the restaurant for a while before returning without any acknowledgement of what just happened. He cut my wife off in the middle of ordering and I had to tell him what else she wanted before he disappeared again. Even at the end of the of meal, with our empty table and my card in the checkbook it took him probably ten minutes to come pick it up. The people who actually brought us our food were very nice and quick, Barry was terribly inattentive and was usually looking at another table while talking to us.Tldr great food, avoid Barry. We won't be coming back to this location.

My friends and I came to celebrate a birthday and we really enjoyed our experience here. It was all of our first times, and we only mentioned it was the birthday girl's birthday in conversation, and they still made note of it and went out of their way to make her feel special at the end of our meal. The food was delicious, our server did a really great job at making recommendations. We trusted her and were not disappointed. I intentionally ordered smaller plates because I didn't want to fill up and ended up getting full quite quickly anyway. My favorite item was the crabcake on the appetizer menu, and they offered a delicious pink seabream ceviche that was very subtle in fish flavor, but exploding with flavor with the toppings they dressed it with. We will definitely be coming back.
One of the best seafood restaurants we have been to in many many many years! We will revisit in a heartbeat. Service was fabulous and made our eating experience even better! Deeelicious!

Cool spot in Bellevue for oysters. One of the shuckers named David knew his oysters really well. Gave me some recommendations that were awesome. Both the shuckers knew their craft, not a spec of shell was left. Good place to to try some interesting seafood. Happy I stumbled upon it today.

My husband and I took my niece for her birthday dinner. When we walked in they welcomed us and we waited for less than 5 minutes then we were settled. Our waitress was very rude and inpatient. We waited for her for more than 30 minutes just to get water. She was very disrespectful to us. We were ordering our food and she just walked away from us while we were still ordering our food and went to the other table to help the other people. We asked for a new waitress to help us. I wished we got up and left because we were not treated right. I will never show my face to this restaurant or recommend anyone to it. Oh yeah the food was horrible as well.

I was hoping for stellar fish, but had medium overly priced fare. I would have expected a waiter to be more in tune with a $200 meal but he was more interested in being a “matter-of-fact” fishmonger. Lots more fish places without the drama.
