This is a review for that bun thit nuong. Where to start I received what appears to be a deconstructed American hamburger . Lettuce slice like for a burger, tomatoes sliced like it's for a burger. This is not how a bun thit nuong compiled. Very disappointed at this establishment for selling a below standard bun thit nuong ... it's like they didn't even try to make an authentic dish. Sliced the lettuce in one direction and threw it in a box along with the tomatoes meat and called it bun thit nuong . No that's not correct. I would suggest the owner to either visit local Vietnamese restaurants and get an idea of how it's done, google some images, YouTube some videos on how to make it, or better yet go to Vietnam when covid is over and learn how to properly prepare a bun thit nuong. I haven't tried their pho... maybe a 5 star... but given their lack of attention and derail into this dish it is hard to believe if they give attention to anything else . I should add the fish sauce was decent the meat dry and flavorless (yes you got the seasoning of the sauce but the meat their should be a distinct flavor and taste and it shouldn't be compensated by the fish sauce alone or sautéed in lemon grass etc).

This place give you an enormous amount of Pho for your buck but it wasn't really that tasty. Rather have a normal portion that tastes amazing. The staff was nice but I just dont think they have a good broth recipe. I think the places needs a little cleaning up. Seats were dirty and the whole area venue felt gloomy and like I was in a back alley shop.

The food is pretty good, but I think it's too pricey for what you get. Other places in the area are just as good, but more economical. I'd label this as two $$ instead of one.

Always a great experience! Pho is some of the best around, and the fried rice is to die for. We eat here often.

Came in during my lunch break and was greeted with caring staff and the whole place had a positive atmosphere. The food was delicious! 10/10 recommendation! The pho was excellent but I definitely recommend the Bahn Mi sandwich.

Overpriced bowl of soup and noodles that really can't be called pho. Broccoli and carrots in pho? No. If you're okay with expensive Asian fusion that just tastes so-so then this is the place for you. A not so short drive to the ID in Seattle will give you much better results imho. Re another review: "too much bread for banh mi" - what!? You do know that "banh mi" literally translates as bread.... if you wanted an actual Vietnamese sandwich, look for a Vietnamese deli and get a "banh mi thit."

This is my favorite spots for pho in Bellevue. Quick and friendly service. I love their cocunt juice there. It actually has coconut meat which is delicious.

Been here a few times. Good food, the lunch combo (drink and springroll) is great. Maybe have a heavy meat option?

Staff is very friendly. Some dishes are misses but that easily is made up with some other very delicious dishes. Highly recommend the the ox tail pho!

The food was decent, but the service made us feel rushed. And, we showed up at dinner time and they had no rice...

Wow high Bellevue prices!! I would go here if you work nearby but not as a destination. Atmosphere & service are good but the quality is average. I guess downtown Bellevue rent is high. $13.99 - $15.99 bowls of Pho!!

Rip off. I order pho special but Not a Vietnamese pho standard. Soup is cold and smelly. Calamari is ok; chicken wings are from left over. I see lots of foods unfinished from other tables. They asked for larger tips Not recommended They should close
