Definitely expensive for what it is. I remember this place before it was in the mall, and the food was stellar, now it's just ok. I know the prices have inflated, but for a quick meal with actual seating, it's not a bad choice. Cost us nearly $50 for 2 bowls of pho and 2 fountain drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables and chairs that can be moved to accommodate wheelchairs users. Plenty of space to access the front counter. Will need assistance with the fountain drinks as they are self-service and high up. The condiments/utensils station is in a cramped corner.

It's not the same. The vibe felt more like a fast food service. I've been going to this establishment before it was in the mall location. So disappointed the pho soup is not the same nor the spring rolls as I remember it. I guess it would be a great alternative to the limited food court eats available in the Bellevue square mall, but if you're wanting descent pho I recommend elsewhere.

The chicken and vegetable pho was so bland and the chicken tasted on the verge of being spoiled. My husband tried their pork sandwich, which was a bit better, but still not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Liked the pho a lot, fresh and delicious. Nice to have a quiet place to eat in the middle of a Saturday at Bellevue Square.

What The Pho Xpress? (Bellevue Square 1st floor) I came in to grab a quick lunch for my husband and I. I ordered 2 BBQ Pork Bánh Mì sandwiches and a water to go. I wanted a spicey, zesty, tangy & crunchy sandwich. This is my favorite sandwich; it makes me feel like I'm home (comfort food). The dry Đồ Chua (daikon & carrot) was not flavorful, zesty or tangy. I doubt that vegetables were pickled at all; The carrot/daikon ratio was heavy on the carrot. There were a few sprigs of cilantro, not enough to taste. The jalapeño ringlets were so small that it didn't add spice to the sandwich. As for the BBQ pork . . . it was dry and tough. I would've opted for the chicken bánh mì sandwich, but they use chicken breast, not chicken thigh. The mayo was super light, didn't add moisture to the bread, not only that, there was no maagi/soy sauce on the sandwich either. Perhaps my presence disturbed the restaurant workers and they wanted me out as soon as possible. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe they thought I was weird whatever the case. There was only one couple seated in the restaurant, I should've taken that as a sign considering that my order was right around the usual lunch hour rush. I normally get my Vietnamese sandwiches from the Asian grocery store near downtown.

I was craving a banh mi sandwich and stumbled upon what the pho. Not good. the cucumbers are huge as well as the Julianne carrots and no jalapeños the meat is very salty. Now I know where not to go.

The food was sub par and flavorless. It did not taste like traditional pho and charged 4$ for a fountain drink. They also snatched back the sauces when my friend was in the middle of using them. The restaurant was very clean and had nice music. Overall I was very disappointed in the food and staffs members inconsiderate behavior.

Disappointing Dining Experience at What the Pho in Bellevue MallI recently dined at What the Pho in Bellevue Mall and, unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We ordered the steak/brisket pho, tofu veggie pho, and cafe Sua da. The brisket was tough, and the pho broth tasted like instant package pho broth from a grocery store. The veggie broth was lackluster, resembling water more than a flavorful broth. The cafe Sua da did not live up to Vietnamese coffee standards.Additionally, there was an excessive amount of noodles in the broth. Despite paying almost $50 for lunch, we only managed to finish half of it. This being my first visit, I cannot recommend What the Pho based on this experience. The overall quality and value for money were disappointingly below expectations.

Went for Lunch while visiting from New York and staying in Hyatt Regency couple blocks from there. The Pho was average. The guy at the counter was kind a rude, loud and condescending. Not sure if he has problem with certain kind of people or race? Maybe just his personality. My first and last time!

Was at the mall for last minute shopping and didn't want to wait at the other fancy restaurants plus we were craving pho. Walked in and picked our own seats. A good amount was yet to be cleaned. Walked up to the counter and ordered a combo and one with just brisket. Everything else is self service -- grabbing water, utensils, sauces, cleaning up dishes, etc. Pho wasn't the best I've ever had but still worth recommending though slightly pricey, so an overall 3 stars.

The food is decent here. It's a fast service establishment. Pho was decently priced and the options are great! Recommend this fairly cheap eat in relation to the other restaurants in Bellevue square.
