OK...So...I am from California and it was my first time trying coffee here at Woods. I ordered vanilla Latte with oat milk (iced) and ended up not liking it ?. Vanilla tasted weird somehow...hmmm I never expected this...I thought vanilla was the most general flavor ? Well...I couldn't taste any espresso...so weird...I ended up not able to drink after few sips and waste my money and time so sad....is vanilla latte here supposed to be tasted weird and watered out like this here? ???

I can't recommend Woods Coffee in Bellevue enough! Whether you're at Bellevue Square, Hotel 116, or Lincoln Square, you're sure to find a welcoming location with top-notch coffee and delicious treats.
Great place! This is the way Howard’s coffee used to be. I love the outside seating. It has LOTS of space inside as well.

Urgent: Food Safety Concerns at the WoodsAs a loyal customer who frequents the woods drive through. I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the ongoing food safety issues at this location. Despite multiple attempts to address these concerns with the managers and headquarters, there has been no improvement over the past year.It's alarming that basic food safety protocols, such as proper hygiene practices among employees, are not being followed. New employees handling lids after touching their face and hair with long nails is unacceptable and poses a significant risk to customer health.Moreover, the lack of professionalism and customer service is concerning. Being laughed at and ridiculed by staff members when requesting a new lid is not the experience anyone should encounter, especially when it pertains to food safety.As a customer who spends over $4,000 annually at this location, I expect better standards and accountability. I refuse to continue supporting a business that neglects such crucial aspects of customer safety and satisfaction.I urge the management of the woods on 116th to take immediate action to rectify these issues and prioritize the well-being of their customers. Additionally, I will be contacting the health department to ensure that necessary measures are taken to address these food safety concerns promptly.

Just had one of the worst "cappuccinos" in my life here. Initially I was served with something by a barista who was non stop laughing. That something ended up being just a milk foam with 0 coffee in it. After complaining I got 2 people looking into my cap and then another barista came and splashed a portion of coffee into the same half-ravaged cup. Is this a local cappuccino recipe or am I missing something?

My favorite coffee shop in Bellevue! Always friendly, excellent service!! Clean indoor and outdoor seating areas. I worked at the hospital during the pandemic and for several weeks at the start of the pandemic all drinks for healthcare workers were free! Woods Coffee always goes above and beyond and I am so glad that they are here in Bellevue. Perfect location so close to the hospital and downtown Bellevue.
