Cute shop within upscale mall. Several classic favorites with soy, whole and nondairy milk. Would recommend the brown sugar boba latte. There seems to be an emphasis of self ordering instead of ordering through someone. Attending person seemed a little annoyed but hey we are new and their titles don't match EXACTLY to their poster offerings...(hello, customer service?)

Yeah!! Im a fan and let me tell you what I've learned. So I was introduced to Yifang after volunteering at the Northwest chocolate festival. The first time I ordered I ordered a fruit tea and I didn't know any better so I did a hundred percent sweet way too sweet I couldn't even finish the tea The second time I ordered I ordered 70% sweet still way too sweet so what I've learned is 50% or less really about 30% if you're ordering fruit teas with other added jellies or fruits or puddings. The tea is phenomenal, and I ordered along with an order of pancakes they were fresh light and fluffy no syrup no extra jelly nothing needed I sat there and enjoyed my pancakes with tea. There is plenty of garage parking with parking validation a nice privilege for paying customers. A small area to sit maybe about four tables inside. Hey grab your tea to go!!

Even though Yifang is known for their fruit tea, I still decided to get a milk tea. I ordered the Super Trio Milk Tea (non-dairy creamer, less ice, and 70% sugar) through the Fantuan Delivery app since there was a 50% off deal being offered. After I tried my drink, I wish I just kept the sweetness level at 100% (what it is originally) because it definitely was not sweet. This location is located within The Bravern Shops, so if you park in the parking garage, Yifang offers validated parking as long as you make sure to give them the parking ticket.
We come here all the time, but whoever is working on Sunday is just awful. We ordered our usual two drinks and tried the egg pancakes for the first time. Attached is how they were given to us. We watched the gentleman working remove the boba shaped pancakes from the griddle and he couldn't care less how they looked. He dug them out in pieces, pierced them through the middle and threw them in the bag

The boba is excellent. Staff don't really provide more than basic service, but I don't begrudge them that. Working food services sucks. Not a great hangout spot due to the limited seating area.

It was my first time trying Yifang teas and I was not disappointed. The menu is not too big not to small, the place itself is nice and I really like the tiled floor. I got Yakult with Passionfruit Green Tea and Peach Fruit Tea. Both were good but I could barely taste yakult in the first beverage. Prices are reasonable.
