I decided to eat here on my lunch break and I ordered half chicken fettuccine and half salad, but they didn't make my order right and didn't add any chicken to my pasta :(When I opened it, I was so hungry! Everything was tasting so good until I bit down and thought I bit into a tooth because it was shaped like a tooth. My coworker said it must have been a bone, but they didn't include any chicken so I don't think it was a bone. I couldn't break it so I can't imagine what it actually is.I'm thankful I took my time chewing, but I couldn't eat the pasta anymore and continued just with the salad because the "bone/tooth" was so off-putting.I usually like this place but this is a MAJOR reason I won't be eating there again!Hopefully they can change how they serve and what they serve their customers because this is disgusting.

I’ve been going since I was a kid and they’ve always been really friendly. Pretty in expensive and solid for a food court.

Was looking for a good, quick panini sandwich. Sadly, it was beyond underwhelming. All bread with a thin slice of turkey, cheese, tomato, red pepper, lettuce and sauce. After tax, it was $11.00. Wasted money. I had one bite and will throw the rest out. I've had much better tasting sandwiches for less money. Heck, my husband even makes better sandwiches and he has been to Ziti before (he told me he could have told me not to waste my money had he known I was going to stop there). Ugh! The pictures should speak for themselves.

Bland food, unfriendly staff, discriminates. I used to support this little place at crossroads even though some staff (especially the old guy there) are rude. One staff was standing around with his mask down, but requires you to have a (useless) mask on just to order over 6 ft away. Ridiculous and makes no sense. We ordered somewhere else instead. Needless to say, me, my family and friends will not be supporting this average pasta place ever again.

I saw a very aggressive man yelling at all the food court restaurants for not serving him while not wearing a mask, he even spit on one of the business's Plexi glass. And then Ziti served him. As a fellow food court business, you need to stand behind your neighbors. Serving him wasn't just against the rules, you basically stabbed all of your neighbors in the back.

Ordered from door dash, food came without a lot of ingredients that were promised.

Thought we would give it a try because the gentleman greeted us we then noticed the dishes were being charged for $12 and they're supposed to come with garlic bread we asked kindly if we could have a salad instead and he abruptly said no we thought okay you know that's fine so then you know we're eating our food and we just realized it was just very poor quality very greasy and I felt very sick after I ate the food I was really disappointed because I wanted it to be good and I don't want to be giving a bad review cuz I usually don't but I was very disappointed with my experience and with his attitude

I can't say to the service because we had take out. However, the alfredo and penne was the absolute BEST PASTA that I have ever eaten and I am super picky.

Ziti was one of my favorite places maybe a decade ago. I bought the pasta combo (my favorite meal many years ago)- Alfredo with Italian chop chop. The chop chop was super soggy and lettuce was limping. The fettuccine Alfredo was drowning in oil and butter. I must admit I tried too eat most of the noodles so it wouldn't all go to waste but sorely disappointed in the lack of quality of the entire meal. The garlic bread was the only somewhat tasty part of the meal. Pains me to write such a disappointing review as restaurants are coming out of Covid but there needs to be some quality control on what's being served to customers. :(

I tried to order pasta at Ziti's on Friday evening. The lady in front of me, ordered, n the cook/cashier (the only employee) started on her food immediately. He knew I was there, waiting for 10 minutes, but ignored me. When he finally came over to the cash register. he said kitchens closed. I inquired as to why he just didn't tell me immediately, n I wouldn't have waited. I suggest this merchant train his staff to be customers service oriented., extend himself to social norms. As a result, I will never frequent this establishment again, nor recommend it to my colleagues who work in the vicinity. There are better food vendors to choose a meal.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid and it’s my favorite pasta place in bellevue. Some of the best food in the food court as well as the whole city.

Delicious! For what can be considered mall/cafeteria food, it was delicious! I ordered a fettuccine with Caesar and the spaghetti. Would recommend!

Ordered Calabria Chicken Penne through UberEats. Review is based on food and quality. It was prepared and delivered quickly.Pasta was perfectly cooked and tasted of fair quality. Sauce was plentiful and tasty. Nice sprinkle of parmesan gave a solid texture and taste. Found a stray spaghetti noodle in my dish. Chicken tasted of fair quality, but really wasn't the star of the dish. It could have been better. Garlic bread was simple, soft and flaky. Dish seemed to have a little excess water. Portion size was good for a meal, but I'd almost prefer a cost of $15 if it included a side of veggies or a small salad.Overall, it's a good option for a quick pasta craving. I'd probably be more keen to order if the chicken didn't feel like it was just haphazardly included as an afterthought. Since the food didn't radiate quality to me, it's a solid 4/5!
