Nice looking place with slightly above average coffee. Haven’t tried the food.Where they miss the mark is service. It’s not just that they make coffee at a glacial pace. I’m prepared to wait for great coffee (though the coffee here is a B, good but not outstanding). Rather it’s the fact that no attempt is made to speed up the process. How about serving more than a singlecustomer at a time? Or, here’s an idea, if you have people waiting at least acknowledge them rather than affect an air of practiced, bored indifference. Honestly, it’s the very very least you can do.Treat this job, whoever employs you and your customers with the respect it and they deserve. If you are too big and important then move on. If the business isn’t treating you well so, ‘who cares’ - don’t take it out on the customer. Move on.And to the business. This ‘couldn’t care less attitude’ seems to be institutional. It’s happened to some extent on all five of my visits involving three different baristas. While I won’t be making a sixth visit I hope you find something in here that will help you make your business better.

Stopped in to grab a coffee quickly on a day trip down from Vancouver. What a lovely little spot! I typically don't go for speciality lattes because they're usually just too sweet or overpowering but I decided to try the honeybee latte which was really wonderful! I enjoyed the quiet ambiance and had fun browsing the pottery and smelling all the scented candles for sale while I waited for my drink to be prepared.

My friend got the hot Bellingham fog tea latte and I got the campfire latte. I really loved the taste and creativity that went into the drinks. The atmosphere feels really warm and cozy. Fantastic place!

Although I do not frequent 11th Hour nearly as often as I wish—they are a delightful & cozy haven for a latte lover like me! ?…Friendly staff, wonderful sunlight via south facing windows, aesthetic gray ceramic cups, inviting wooden tables, and *excellent* lattes pulled on their La Marzocco machineEverything I want from a local cafe INCLUDING slightly longer hours into the afternoon! —Keep it up, 11th Hour ?

Wow, what a great little coffee and tea shop. I had the campfire tea latte and was so surprised at how complex and balanced it was. I'm so used to walking into places that have "unique" teas and they are just sugar bombs. I'm excited to keep coming back and trying all the other latte options.

Enjoyed an herbal guava fruit iced tea this morning at the small and well lit café. Seems like the perfect place to relax. Well lit and lively while a few blocks off the hustle of downtown proper.

This place is so so so cute. The lavander iced matcha is amazing, and so are all the other drinks I've tried over coming here. I highly recommend the place !! Staff are lovely and put effort into making each drink pretty and the place is always clean.

Visited this little cafe at about 10AM on a Friday. Very nice aesthetic with lots of cute plants natural lighting and teas/coffee beans available for purchase. I had a dirty iced chai which was excellent with a piece of Lemon Lavender Bundt Cake. Ingredients all seemed organic and high quality making it worth the price. Ended up reading the paper and asking the nice barista where I could find the nearest Tailor.

Waited 30min for 2 drinks. Had 3 people come in and leave while i was waiting to order. There were 2 people infront of me that had already ordered their drinks 15min before either got there (they told me) and they got theirs about 10min after I got there. One was a simple iced tea, and it wasn't even good. The second drink was a ube hot coffee, it reasonably would of taken longer but not that long, it was also awful and I love sweet potato lattes or similar drinks. But this one was dumped in the trash blocks away.
