These burgers are unbelievable. Idk if I was just really hungry or already tipsy but the bacon smash burger I had was one of the best I’ve every tasted. And when my group ordered poutine it was gone in seconds. I would eat here everyday if I lived nearby. I’d die of heart disease but it would be totally worth it. Too bad I live in Chicago so I guess I’m gonna live.

We wanted to try a new brewery so, we went for a beer and lunch on a Thursday afternoon. We entered Aslan via the side entrance ( apparently this is the wrong way). We ordered a pint of beer at the bar ( only got 2/3 of a pint and rest was foam for $8 ) and then sat in an area that they considered dining cause we wanted to order food. We had menus and wanted to order, but the wait staff completely ignored us until our beers were almost gone. All the staff seemed very unhappy and had an unhelpful attitude. The beer was average and I don't know about the food cause we never got any. We won't be going back to that place as there are so many better options in Bellingham to spend your money.

Sat in my chair with a menu in my hand. Two waitresses walked by us MANY times and NEVER stopped to ask if we wanted anything! Poor, poor service!

Stopped in on our way through town and had a wonderful. Great meal, I don't even like Reuben's or waffle fries all that much, but the fries were crispy and with all of those wonderful toppings it's a meal in itself. $4 add on for the toppings, but totally worth it. Service was good, but we sat at the bar. Nice big open atmosphere, the place totally filled up at lunch time.

Good was delicious, server was nice, atmosphere was good. Only downfall was not having any hard alcohol drinks. But it's a brewery so I don't really hold that against them and still say 5 stars.

The beer here is phenomenal. My personal favorites being the dawn patrol, and the jetski referee. The service is very quick, and everyone here is super friendly! The food is amazing as well, would highly recommend the smash burger. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience at aslan, I’ve never tried something here I haven’t liked, and their prices are very reasonable. Absolutely check it out if you are in bham!

Veronica was such a sweet server! My girlfriend and I visited last night and we ended up moving over to her section. She was super graceful about us moving and she went on to be super attentive and just really hospitable while we were there. I wish I could give more stars for service because it was really great and she definitely made our night!Thank you!Sam and Erika

If I lived in Bellingham, I'd park myself at Aslan and never leave. Several beers are my favorite local brews. The food is amazing, French dip, burgers, grilled cheese, ban mi bowl and of course... the waffle fries. Always a popular spot among the locals. One of the Northwest's best brewery restaurants period. (Yeah I know Aslan has a Seattle location but there's something about the original.)

Flight was cancelled. Asked the person at Alamo about some brewery recommendations. First thing she said was Aslan brewing. She was right! The flight of pilsners was spot on. You need to try the roasted salmon dip with fresh made pitas. It does a small little kick to the pitas. But, well made. Also, had the Karaage chicken. This comes lightly battered. It is very moist and delicious . The spicy aioli was spot on. Just the right amount of heat. The staff is very pleasant and nice. Great atmosphere.
