Still the best fresh pasta in the PAC NW. I was semi new to fresh pasta, I even worked in a few Italian Restaurants, we mostly use boxed dry pasta. The Bellingham Pasta is fresh and awesome, Fresh pasta is absoutelly worth a shot if you have not tried it, and this stuff is way better than some of the store brand knock off's trying to make the fresh stuff. For best results, stick with Bellingham Pasta.

My friend introduced me to this pasta and it was delicious! We paired the roasted red pepper pasta with a fresh Parmesan cream sauce, sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms! The noodles were easy to cook and went well with the sauce. I looked forward to purchasing other types in the near future!

And if for some reason something doesn't come out perfect and you want to send it back, they are happy to accommodate your tastes. I was even offered a different meal on the house and brought a free dessert as well. We come to this place a couple times a month, wonderful atmosphere and great food and great service. A must try for Bellingham!
