Everytime I call in over the last 2 months I have been refused service just because I’m unwilling to dine in. The employee who picks up the phone is always so rude and short. Losing customers just because they aren’t staffed well enough. Food is great but service is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen.

Our first visit to Blue Fin Sushi! We looked up who had the best sushi in Bellingham and were not disappointed. This place is a bit of a hidden gem located in a small strip mall type building. The service was on point, kudos to the servers and sushi chefs here as the place was fairly busy, and they were on top of it. Our food was served quickly and fresh. The miso soup was hot, and the tea was very tasty. We had the calamari - very fresh and cooked perfectly. I love it when the calamari comes out with the tentacles. Soo tasty! We also had three rolls, the Spider Roll, Wild Thing, and the Super Tempura roll. All were very fresh and tasty. The fresh fish was melt in your mouth. If you have not been here yet, you need to try it out. It may just end up being your favorite sushi spot. It is our now!

Yikes, this is some of the worst sushi I've had in Bellingham. You can tell they use low quality ingredients...the imitation crab in my California roll was nauseating and the wasabi looked like it was dyed with radioactive green dye. I mean, I get that the majority of their customers are likely college students on a budget... but yikes! The gyoza looked like the frozen pot stickers you get at Costco and had a horrible texture. For quality...go to Fujisan Sushi in Fairhaven.

Amazing value for its boxes! If you work in the hospital, ordering pickup is easy and it is right across the Emergency entrance. Convenient and delicious.
The staff is amazing and everything is so fresh. The owners are very nice and treat their customers extremely well. The best sushi I’ve ever had and I’m a sushi connoisseur.
