I have been a somewhat regular patron of Bob's for years. A week ago I came in for dinner and ordered the bar steak and a pepsi to drink. Right away I was fighting fruit flies. I got a baked potato with my steak (that I had to pay extra for, not mentioned on the menu that I had to pay extra, never had that happen before). The steak was tough and full of grisell and fat, I had to cut most of it away. Waitress was quite rude about refills for my pepsi. Never seen her work there before. It will be a while before I return and try again. I will never order a baked potato again.

Just had a great lunch here with my husband. We were sat down quickly and our waitress came with water quickly. My husband got a huge double burger with bacon and I got the chicken strips off the Lite menu. I was afraid I’d still be hungry but the strips and fries were more than enough for a solid lunch. Great food, great atmosphere. Love the bartender Kim!Parking: Lots of parking in the Haggen parking lot along the north side.

The hostess and waitress were nice but the Food was horrible. Ordered crispy bbq chicken wrap and it was not edible. Lettuce soaked in sweet baby rays. Way too much bbq sauce and barely any chicken at all. Opened the wrap to find two small chunks of what looked like watery grilled chicken dunked in bbq sauce. O balance to the wrap at all.

The service was excellent. The atmosphere is great. The food tastes great. The only "complaint" I have is they bring the food out smoking hot. So you sometimes have to wait to let it cool a bit while smelling how great it is. As problems go, it's not really a bad one ?

So our first experience at a Bob's burgers was at the Burlington location. They did us a big favor when we needed to leave suddenly. So next time we're down we thought we'd return the favor. The staff are nice and the food was good. I don't know what more you need. It's on my list of places to eat.

Ate here 1/12 in the evening. Our order for 2 burgers took about 45 mins to be served. The patties were dry and laking seasoning. The buns were cold- as if they had recently been taken out of the freezer. A very disappointing meal.
This spot was pretty on point! The food was fantastic as well as the service.Note to staff... Always keep water glasses full no matter what. It will make guests feel like no time has passed and raise your ppa.I will be back to this location possibly thinking of making it a cheers type location!Hope those of you looking for a fantastic burger joint will check it out!

The fresh veggies weren't, the onion rings overdone, and one chicken had an off taste.Ordered online: a $18.50 Bacon Ranch Chicken Burger with a salad, a $18.50 Bacon Ranch Chicken Burger with coleslaw, and a $8.00 side of onion rings.The food wasn't ready when promised, a few minutes late, not a problem. Disappointed, the onion rings were overcooked, leaving them with a thick, crusty breading without much onion inside.The bacon on the burgers was good. However, one chicken tasted off. The house salad wasn't made with fresh ingredients, and because this order was to go, maybe they decided to overlook the quality and served it anyway. The coleslaw dressing tasted bad, so I didn't eat another bite.
