This tour exceeded expectations! Tour guide was fun and an excellent source of knowledge about the distilling, the distillery itself, and local history. The tasting throughout was generous and also more than expected. So good! Would highly recommend (and I may do it again next time I am in town)!

The food was hit or miss based on what you ordered. Some items were good, some were just OK. BUT it was outrageously expensive for the amount of food you get. My husband ordered the beef sliders. They were 3 mini burgers with no sides and the meat was dry, for $18. For a party of 4 our bill was $158 without tip for food and 3 drinks, and we left hungry. For that price there better options.

We are going to have to make another trip to Seattle. The Krampus Herbal Liquor has been my go-to when I'm not feeling 100%. I warm it up with honey and sip on it. Was the only thing that soothed my sore throat ?

Nat was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I absolutely loved learning about the history of the place and the nerdy details that go into making the whiskey. If you’re into whiskey I would definitely recommend their single cask series. The port finished bourbon is top notch. Thanks for a great experience, places like this make me proud to be from Bellingham.
Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and had some nice jokes put in here and there which I really appreciated. Ontop of that they were very mindful about whether we needed some water during the tour which I greatly needed. Such a warm and welcoming tour guide that we even went back the next day for some follow up questions and they were so happy to see us! Definitely will be back to this distillery to try out any of their new inventions!

The tour and tasting were excellent. I walked in planning on buying the Bourbon but ended up also buying the Krampus Herbal Liqueur and Old Busker Coffee Liqueur as well. Ridiculously good! Super high quality local products!
