Hands down the best Italian food in Whatcom that I've found, and it's not particularly close.I only wish that they had some Veal options.Kid-friendliness: This place is great with kids.

Outstanding authentic Italian food at prices that are competitive with lesser quality establishments. Service is great.

We went here for dinner after the theatre with friends. The food was delicious. I had the tuna that came with a side of spinach pasta. It was delicious. Half of it came home and I ate 2 more times. My husband had the shrimp with pasta which he also enjoy very much. Our friends had the lasagna which looked great and could feed a small army. Probs we're more than expected. It was very quiet when we arrived, about 5pm but filled up very soon and became quite loud.

We ate at this restaurant whilst we were at a college visit for our son. The staff was super friendly. The wait time was less than expected. The food was very good. I gave it four stars only because the dressing on the salad that came with my meal was so tart that I couldn’t eat much of it. It was very fresh…. It all was very fresh.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in town. The food and drinks are fantastic! They now have a fantastic outside eating area during the summer as well. Their to go meals are really yummy too. They do a great job of packing them up so they stay warm and arrive at home without being soggy. If you haven't eaten here, do it! Yumm!

This may be the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. The gnocchi was the best ever and you could tell it was made on site. The service was great the atmosphere was incredible and the cocktails were incredible.

The food was very good (the affogato was not). Would have preferred a little less dressing on the salad. The service was uninspired, unengaging. The evening dinner atmosphere was dark. 3 exits, so cold air was always coming in.Vegetarian options: Lots of meat, etc. Some veg optionsDietary restrictions: Probably not first chiclloixe for restrictionsParking: Plenty of street parking. Directions take you to a reserved parking lotKid-friendliness: Ok for kids, but need monitoringWheelchair accessibility: Most chairs should do fine.

Love everything about D’Annas. Would be perfect if they could take reservations. We had company come in from out of state & the wait was over an hour. I guess that proves, like our family, people love itVegetarian options: The vegetarian options are limited. We do only eat vegetarian. So the ravioli dishes & homemade gnocchi worked for most of our family. And the salads are huge. We would love to see more vegetarian choices.

This place is amazing. Sat outside kitchen and staff was working so well together. Polite to each other and looked like they were having good time. Pesto pasta was the best thing I've ever eaten and the lemon cake is to DIE FOR.

Prices were high, but the quality and flavor of the food was phenomenal. Went here for my sister's birthday and we only needed to pay 15$ a bottle for a corkage fee on the wine bottles we brought. The gluten free pasta was amazing and made in house. Having been gluten free over 12 years this was some of the best pasta I've had before.A great deal overall.
