Our sever didn't bother checking in if we needed anything else. My hash browns were cold. We had to get her attention and it wasn't busy when we went. We asked for toast for it to be toasted like crunchy and we got it soft still we were like not going to worry about it. Until we got the bill and I noticed she was charging us for a tea we did not get. I then immediately get her attention and let her know we didn't get any tea and that it needed to be corrected. She looked at me and said well ill just correct it. Came back with the new receipt and went to the counter and was asked how was everything I said, "ehh it was okay" and got the reply of "that's good"ALWAYS check your receipt.

The gravy was really bland & off-putting, with only a tiny bit of sausage in it, couldn’t finish it. A glass of coke was nearly $4 and half of it was ice, my water cup wasn’t clean, and the portions for some of the slams were very tiny.The pancakes were good, but that was it.

Lady was disturbed and bothered immediately as we walked in acting like it was crazy busy!!! Even as we just sat down, heard her say and more people are coming!!! It was lunch time!! Rushed to take our order, even cut my mom off as she was still ordering. Yelled at a man the bathroom code from the kitchen. Tapped her fingers at people while paying. Threw our receipt down as we were just eating so we did not order dessert or anything extra. Threw napkins at my mom when she asked for more. The busser lady was wonderful and amazing took the time to ask us where we were from and good places to go! Wish she was our server!!! Sad because we always come here when we come down from Canada, think we may have to change places at this point.
Service was not good she was upset more people were coming in it’s lunch time and your not busy … she was aggressive until it was time to pay she walked away from me saying follow the prompts . Coffee was cold and you have no peanut butter I was told because people have allergies. So I did not finish my meal . Thankfully by the wonderful busser that was helping she had to explain it as the server had no time for us I was hard pressed asking for a napkin to which she threw on the table and had thrown our bill in the table while we were eating. We heard her say she’s here 6 days a week I would not be working one day serving at my job if I waslike this. As I was leaving people needed the washroom and she just told them there is a code on the counter . I gave them the code as they were unsure where to look they were happy I helped them thanking me.

My mom asked the waitress 4 times for water before she got it and then when she did get it the waitress dropped a fry in the water and didn't apologize or anything the waitress didn't even offer my mom a new glass of water.
