I'm always skeptical of smoothie places with protein because they always have a weird taste to them and the whole point of getting an expensive smoothie is to hide the protein taste but these are actually super good.

the smoothies would be so much better if i actually got what i ordered. All it takes is for the workers to WRITE DOWN the extra add ons but instead its always based on MEMORY. I literally asked the guy to repeat what i ordered and he couldnt do it minutes later. Whats the point of having all of these smoothie boosters if you not going to actually put them in. I just wish they had some type of screen that shows them what to actually put in the smoothie because at this point its robbery. Countless of times i have had to go back in and tell them to add something they "forgot"

Good smoothies sometimes. Super inconsistent. They need to get their recipes in line and make consistently good drinks. I got a smoothie today that is undrinkable, its the same thing i order every time lol.

I really love their smoothies, they are mixed so well, no weird aftertaste with the boosters. I always get Zesty Lemon or Raspberry Dream. I've been in once in person and they are super friendly! I don't like their new paper straws, they fall apart in about 10 minutes. I can't finish a smoothie in 10 minutes, luckily I keep straws at home. I wish they would get the more plastic feeling biodegradable straws so I could finish the drink with the straw I started with. Will give 5 stars for better straws, other than that, the place is great!

Good smoothies. It’s super close to my office so I come here a fair amount. I usually opt the Lean Out as it has peanut butter and banana in it. They have some unique smoothies as well like the chunky monkey.

It's a love hate relationship with ECS. It doesn't matter if they are busy or slow, the smoothies are so inconsistent. One day it's a smoothie, the next day it's soup. 50/50 gamble.
