Ordered Teriyaki beef and it was awful, the meat was oily and had no teriyaki sause on it, it had big pieces of cabage and "one" slice of carrot, after eating my mouth was full of oil . I paid $33 for two meals . I will never ever go to that place again. Sorry maybe I was expecting too much I am use to eat at Edos wich is much better food.

Very disappointed, I always go get food there cause food is really good, but today I was walking towards the place to order food and the male worker that was there was on his phone, with his finger in his nose.

Oil, with one piece of broccoli, one carrot slice, cabbage, and chicken. Usually a fan of this kind of food, but this iteration was very oily.. hard to eat the cabbage was so slippery. Chicken tasted fine. We usually check reviews but didn't this time. Probably better choices around.

love their chicken teriyaki, it’s very much mall teriyaki. the white rice is always dry and disappointing though. it’s also kinda expensive for just teriyaki so i only go there every so often

Zero stars. Ordered what looked great on the menu, beef and shrimp with noodles. What I was served was mushy beef, overcooked shrimp and veg, and slimy noodles all sitting in a puddle of oil. Asked for a refund and got an eye roll and only a partial refund. Disgusting food, disgusting service.

Yeah.. I usually love this place but the quality has been dropping. My orders are being messed up, food is undercooked, I ordered beef teriyaki on fried rice with no veggies and I got chicken on white rice with veggies, and when I said that's not what I ordered they wanted to charge me again for the beef. And then when they finally give me my food, it's still wrong, and there are veggies. Maybe I'm just tired from work but this is really frustrating.

This is one of the Asian fast food restaurants where we can get food freshly cooked. We usually order chicken teriyaki with rice and veggies either to enjoy them at the food court or take out. The prices have noticeably increased since the pandemic, but, understandably, they have to do so to survive. Despite the increase, the portion is okay for the price and the food is quite good if you are craving for chicken teriyaki. Waiting time is about 5 minutes if the line is not too long.

I should have looked at your site before visiting.Very similar experience as expressed by other visitors.-- Poor attitude of the front desk person-- High price-- Quality of the takeout box is so poor that food was about to fall out.-- Don't give a bag unless one asks. I realized when I walked off as both hands are needed to carry the box, un-sanitized fork and napkin.-- Not sure how you are still in business with limited sales.

The chicken teriyaki is good but the price is too high for the portion even with the extra chicken option they only put a small scoop of chicken for 13 dollars you get a kids sized portion.
