This place was great when it first opened. Been back a few times and have definitely noticed a decline. Probably won't be back. Too many other great restaurants to waste $$ on mediocre.

Tonight the gentleman at the counter Wed Dec 6,2023 was a really friendly and super patient guy. Her wasn't afraid to get us exactly what we liked. I will for sure be back and so will my husband!! This place is a must. I grew up eating Pollo Loco which you can't get out here. I found this place and must say it was even better than expected. The service was fast and friendly. The manager was so patient with my 2 year old and even brought out a few fries for her to munch on while we waited for food. The Restaurant itself was clean and modern. The Quesadilla with lemon marinated chicken was the best quesadilla I have ever had. All the food was amazing. If you want some delicious food, come here!

A casual restaurant, walk-in order food and pay. Then find a table before they bring your food.Our first time here, it was noon with only one other table with customers, which made us nervous. The prices are expensive. We hoped for the best and ordered, trying three entrees, a chicken burger with fries, a Galos bowl, and a quesadilla. All which tasted good.The dining room is large, with many tables to choose from. The front wall has huge windows, bringing in natural light.A big turn-off was the unclean tables, chairs, and floor, especially the tables. They are sticky. They had at least 3 people working, but no costumers.
This place was really good a year ago. Its a shame that the employees are running it into the ground. Service used to be good and food was always great. Now the staff when calling in an order or placing an order in person are very rude. One young guy at the counter was even texting/scrolling social media while taking the order of the customer in front of me during last visit. My last 3 orders have been screwed up. Chicken has not been fully cooked on 2 to-go orders. After last visit i dont think i will be back. Maybe just buy their sauce and make the chicken myself at home.

I absolutely love ordering Galos and bringing it home for dinner. I never eat on site. The restaurant is often empty, but there is usually a line of people getting takeout. The atmosphere is just fine but they do a great takeout. I absolutely love their cauliflower bites!!!
