Good breakfast joint, service is always pleasant and prompt. Wide range of beer and such ( singles and packs) to grab before you head out for your adventure.
Stopped in for lunch and found a nice surprise on special, a Korean Fried Chicken Slider. It was very nicely prepared, crispy, and tasty. I also selected a drink from a wide variety of local and some not so local beers on tap. In addition to those, they have a huge selection of beers, ciders, wine, and coffee to choose from. We enjoyed lunch in the sun at a picnic table out front. They also have a bit of garden seating outside and a good amount of space inside. It’s a casual place where you place your order at the counter and they bring it out to you or give you a buzzer to come get it. Looking forward to my next visit.

Edit: I finally tried a food item! Everything on the menu sounds great. I ordered their korean fried chicken slider. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion, and it was soooo delicious. We usually just come in to watch Michael Dayvid play. I'm glad we tried the food!!Came in for the live music. Love the drink selection here. Can't wait to come back!

The pizza is The Aphrodite, the other is the Korean Chicken n Waffles. Both of them were top notch; the waffles were a special of the day but i hope it becomes a regular!!

extremely inconsistent food quality. some things are really good, some things are OK, and others are inedible. sadly, the chicken and waffles are inedible. it feels like they're trying to hide burnt chicken underneath a thick layer of gravy, like we're stupid. thats putting it nicely.the pork wrap I had today was not even wrapped, the top/bottom were left open so it was impossible to eat without spilling everywhere. the pork was overcooked and insanely dry.French fries were also burnt, unseasoned, and were clearly cooked from frozen. I don't mind frozen fries. I think if done well, they're fine, but not the case here. they're also an upcharge?? up-charged for a barely edible side. gee, thanks.ive had good experiences here, and there are some truly great things on the menu, but it shouldn't be a crapshoot every time I come here to eat. probably will not be back for a while, because it's pretty expensive for the amount of uncertainty.

I want to start this by saying I’m not one to give bad reviews. I try to see things from the point of view of the workers as someone in the service industry. However here I am.We really wanted to like this place, we went once before and had decent food but we went again today and I can’t say the same. I got chicken and waffles and when it came with sausage gravy and a tiny side of syrup I was surprised but I tried it anyway. The gravy had to be intended to cover up the violently over cooked chicken. I mean it was black on the outside and almost inedibly dry on the inside. The gravy itself was good but definitely not something I’ve ever seen on chicken and waffles. My partner got a wrap that was not actually wrapped. Like completely open on both ends so everything inside fell out, his meat was also very over cooked and dry, and for fries that come with an up charge I’d hope they would be seasoned and well cooked but they too were burnt.It seems like others have had similar situations with their chicken and waffles with it being over cooked and burnt. I can’t imagine looking at a piece of chicken that looks like that and serving it to a customer. I’m pretty sad because we wanted to like it here but this last experience can’t be fixed.
Greene's Corner is the real deal. The focus is on delicious food & drink served with enthusiasm and high availability. (The staff has to sleep sometime!) Their clam chowder is authentic just like Nana used to make. I wish I lived in B'ham so I could feast there more often and take in some of their music programs.The 4 star atmosphere is because they've opted for cozy informal and easy-to-clean reminiscent of college coffee shops rather than white table cloths and carpeted floors. But hey, it's a bistro. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Kid-friendliness: We didn't bring any offspring with us but several other customers did and guess what, they weren't a distraction! There's enough space and distractions to keep the little rug rats out of our mealtime.

Great food, but really expensive for the simple meals we were served . Fast & friendly service, but it's only 51 degrees today, and the place was blazing hot. It was also smokey, and my eyes were burning toward the end of the meal. Left with a nice, full belly, but was happy to get out into the fresh air! Might come back for a beer & a cookie but will definitely sit outside.
