We were there with our nephew and his wife and 10 month old baby and they had a highchair for her we had 3 Ramen and 2 large Sushi rolls. The restaurant was full, but the service and food were fantastic.

Ok, stumbled upon this little gem by accident and glad I did! The sushi was PERFECT! I especially loved the Iced Milk Tea. It's a very busy little spot, so be patient. Not ideal if you're expecting a quick in and out dine in for lunch so keep that in mind. The staff was VERY friendly and they were constantly refilling our water. We definitely will be back to sample the Ramen!Vegetarian options: Fried tofu and Ramen options

The staff, the chef that work there are amazing. The food is delicious. I love their sushi choices and I find a great that they have other things there. So just in case when I have friends that don't like sushi we can go eat there and there's something for everyone. Truly a small little slice of heaven for your taste

It's nice to have a quality ramen restaurant in NW Bellingham. I've had ramen in Japan and South Korea. Hokkai Ramen does it right.Plus they pan fry their gyoza/pot stickers instead of deep frying them until they're tough dried up lumps. Pan fried is the only way to cook gyoza for the best texture and moist flavor.If you know and like good ramen as well as other good Asian dishes, you should give Hokkai a try. I'll bet you go back! ?

I met a friend for lunch and the place filled up as we ate. I ordered the Shio Ramen and the Ebi (shrimp) Sashimi. Every ingredient was fresh; the broth was well received and the noodles were also fresh. I will be back for more and take photos the next time.

Great food. Soup and sushi was very good. Make sure you check when they close for lunch (usually around 2:30) because you don't want to miss being able to eat there.
