First time ever at a Jack in the box. And this is only because my son begged me! Ordered the fans favorite box which was a great deal! They didn't have any mozza sticks so subbed in chicken nuggets. The box was stuffed full. 12 chicken nuggets, 12 mini tacos and stuffed with fries. The fries were good. Not soggy. Will definitely eat there again!

Just went through the drive-thru at 8:15pm on 2/20/24 and the girl working had no idea what she was doing. I ordered a boba and watched her pull milk out of the fridge, take the lid off and put her face in it to smell it. There was only enough milk to fill the cup half way so she went back to the ice machine to fill the rest of the space with ice. Awful experience and ended up losing my appetite after seeing her handle the food. GET YOUR FOOD ELSEWHERE.

Good deals on burgers. Not the greatest, but good. Every Jack in the box we have been to feels like they didn't turn on the heat.
Everything in my order was wrong and i was saucless and i would know about that because im usually rolling in the sauce and i never get things wrong. The food i did receive was COLD AND OLD PERHAPS IT HAD MOLD AND YOU WILL NEVER GUESS WHAT I WAS TOLD "have a nice night maam" but im a grown man?? and it made my tummy hurt! everyone was HIGH and the mic was BROKEN!
