The dining area definitely needed attention. They were out of straws, cups, condiments and needed cleaning. The drink machine was really splattered with pop residue.

Bakwerview is Frequently undercooked or pulled early I'd rather wait the extra 1 minute for food that's cooked properly and shake the damn fryer basket i don't want my food undercooked in the middle because you were to lazy to shake a basket and too rushed to wait the last 30 seconds. Day shift needs retrained night shift at around 2 or 3 am is fantastic at getting out properly cooked food follow his example.

Ordered a small vanilla milkshake which was almost 7 dollars, and after I paid I could hear the employee saying don’t bother mixing it it’s vanilla. So they hand me basicly a cup filled with ice cream and a straw and I’m just kinda sitting in my car like what the heck do I even do with this right now so I looked at the reviews for this jack in the box and it seems other people have had similar or worse experiences

Terrible lol. Like 0/10.An order for 2 took 52 minutes to get our food. Once we finally got our food, the fries were cold and soggy, the chicken nuggets were dark (old oil) but undercooked and mushy.The restaurant wasn’t that busy but seemed under and poorly staffed. There was 6 groups of people waiting to get their food and we watched one worker leaned against the fryer yawning and texting on her phone.The manager in the Grey polo and jeans didn’t do a single thing while we were there. We watched him walk around the kitchen without touching a single thing. Lots of food to make yet he’s walking around doing nothing. He walked past his staff to the back room to likely sit on his phone lol.After waiting for 45 minutes I saw him FINALLY put some gloves on. We thought to ourselves, wow he’s finally going to help his team….NOPE. He was making food for him to take to his car in the parking lot and eat ?Saw a staff member come in for her shift, and when walking into the kitchen nobody looked at her or said hello. Nothing. That tells you how they treat each other and the morale of the kitchen.And I forgot to mention that it’s overpriced. McDonald’s is better quality for less.You couldn’t pay me to come back here, never again!

The parking lot is home to a large homeless population of cars and people and an unkept dumpster. It makes this Jack in the Box appear visually to be located in the middle of a fresh kills dump site. A 5 Star review was not left due to the aforementioned issues.

I wish I could like this place more than I do. Whenever I dine in I always feel like I'm not welcomed somehow? The staff are cold and uncaring, and while I don't have high expectations of a chain restaurant, the food is always subpar compared to Jack in the Box's usual. I also believe they substituted my drink without my permission and I didn't correct them because, again, there really isn't a good atmosphere for that to begin with. Really, the only upside of this place is that the dining area is squeaky clean? I don't know, but I will try to lessen the frequency of my visits if I can help it.

We were there Thursday, six teeny tiny single cheeseburgers - three small fries were 40 bucks.. The buns seemed halfway still frozen.. The cheese wasn't melted. I will never go there again. ?
The night shift is rude not friendly they don't seem happy to be working there.
