First time. The brisket was delicious. Tender, moist and flavorful. The pulled pork slider had cheese and bacon, a lot of flavor in a roll. I got the brisket bowl with scalloped potatoes. Creamy and potatoes were cooked through. Mac and cheese was creamy and tasty. Lynden check them out. I will return .

Everything was AMAZING. The problem is you need to get your order in the day before because they sell out. Melt in your mouth brisket and the coleslaw was also to die for!!!!

Holy smokes.... literally! Hands down the best barbecue I've had. My favorite is the baked potato with choice of meat (I chose brisket). The potato was huge and so filling. The brisket was so tender and delicious. You have a choice between sweet or spicy bbq sauce. I highly recommend eating from this food truck.

wedding catering job last Saturday was fantastic!! food was delivered right on time!!! the fruit and vege platters were very fresh!!!! The food was hot and there was enough for everyone!!! Our guests commented on how delicious everything was. The contract was clear and everything was taken care of in advance so I had no worries!!! I highly recommend.
