Came in for their Thur night prime rib. I ordered it medium rare, waitress took my order and posted it. Out came my end cut and she placed it in front of me. Right away I could tell it was way over spiced. I tried cutting into it and could tell right away it was way over done. It was very tough and dry. I had to soak it in the au jus for a min before I could chew it. Waitress asked me if my meal was OK, and I told her my issue. She ran to the back to see if another piece was available. Another lady came and told me that Med rare is not possible for an end cut of prime rib (I know that's a lie because I have had med rare end cuts many times). I asked her "why was I not told that med rare end cut is not available at that time", she did not have an answer. I paid full price for my unsatisfactory meal. I may come back, but I will not order the prime rib again.

We've been wanting to try this place out for over a year now and it seems like we always came here on Mondays when it's closed. Went out on a Sunday afternoon and the place wasn't too busy and the service was prompt and the food was prompt an excellent. Will definitely come back here to try more dishes but so far the seafood puttanesca and cheddar burger as well as the mushroom Swiss burger were excellent. Their garlic fries and sweet potato fries are really good. Try the cream brulee! Definitely more on the menu to look forward to and try out for the next few visits.

My husband and I have come in here multiple times to see Amanda and Carolyn and have always been taken care of with the up most kindness. I came in this Sunday and had the worst experience with I'm assuming a newer bartender. She was more worried about her phone and talking to workers, than helping us with basic needs like silverware and water. The food was good but drinks were very bland. Just did not feel welcome like I have in the past. I almost felt like I was bothering her.. Hopefully they find another bartender or just keep the girls working who enjoy their job. We will be back to see Amanda and Carolyn.

Lunas is steadily going downhill. I believe they are under new management, and it's not for the better. There was a really lovely woman who is managing the place and she is gone. Over the last year, they have taken half of their options off of their menu, which is a shame because some of those dishes were really good.The owner decided that he wanted to cut costs and he changed the sandwich bread and made the chicken filet in their avocado chicken sandwich smaller.I had decided to not go there anymore, but my daughter recently dragged me there again because she loves their french fries and we ended up getting a brand new waiter who had no idea what he was doing.We ended up waiting nearly an hour for our food even though there was hardly anyone there.Oh, and there website says that they do brunch, but they don't. :/

STOP LOOKING AND EAT HERE!Easily some of the nicest wait staff I’ve ever met. Kindness as soon as I entered and each person I had the pleasure of interacting with genuinely friendly. This friendliness is what makes a restaurant stand out among its competitors. I felt very taken care of with genuine kindness and respect. And I write this first half before I even get my food.Second half: asked for my halibut to be extra crispy and got it to perfection, the fries are AMAZING and the garlic aioli sauce is to die for.Stop looking for where to eat and just go here.Vegetarian options: Just ask they can make it happen. Get the beef stroganoff made without beef and extra broccoli, you won’t regret it! (I didn’t order this but curiously inquired from the server for a vegetarian friend.)Dietary restrictions: Just have a conversation with them, they want to help!

My friend and I wanted to have a drink here. We sat at the bar and the host told us our server would be with us shortly. We waited several minutes and the server was at the bar. We're not sure if she was attempting to make a drink but clearly she was trying to do something to flirt with, or at least try to impress, one of the male customers at the bar. The server never acknowledged us, not even just say she'll be right with us. We waited a reasonable amount of time and then we left. If I go back, I don't want it to be when that server is working. I'm sure this restaurant has great things to offer but i didn't find out this visit. I'll update my review after my next visit.
