The service has always been friendly and helpful at Maple Bar. I love coffee and I find their Americanos are some of the best in Bellingham. Plus, the offer heavy cream for it. They also make cortados that are superb.

I really wanted to like this place. It would be great to have a good coffee shop in the Cordata area. I have been here several times and the drip coffee is always watery and at least once it wasn’t fresh. The pastries are good, but a bit on the generic and sugary side. Service has been great though.

My mom, who perpetually complains her drink is never right, LOVED her coffee from Maple Bar. I swear she said it was yummy ever other sip!! Plus, their scones are super moist and tasty! Such a cute little shop and the friendliest barista! Will def be back!

Cute little shop with quality drinks and food. Prices are also not unreasonable. We’ve been here multiple times and always enjoy it. This is a coffee spot we actually like sitting and chatting in. Also great proximity to the nearby college.

They don’t advertise their shop as being a donut shop, but this is easily the best donut I’ve had in Bellingham.If you think Lafeen’s is the best donut shop in the ‘ham, this place isn’t for you.If you like your donut having flavor other than old grease (Lafeen’s), give this place a try. Their coffee is also perfectly paired with a donut - not too flavorful, not too dark - just perfect.
