Long wait times due to customer traffic. Good quality for a McDonald's. If you order without cheese always double check. If the system doesn't mess up and not tell them no cheese, chances are whoever makes the burger forgets anyways. Always fixed promptly when asked though.

Ordered my McFlurry never got my McFlurry never got my refund even called after I ordered and they said they could 100% make it so don’t recommend ordering ice cream this late because it’s not like this is the first time this has happened plus I didn’t get a straw or ketchup this

Went inside ordered two Mcchickens, I got given 2 spicy mchickens went back inside the lady assured me they were regular just a spicy wrapper. So I have them to my daughter, turns out they were spicy. ?♀️ not the first time this has happened.

They have this light up table that has these colored circles on it, and when you move your hand over or on the table, the colors circle go where your hands go, I really liked it. Also, they have multiple self ordering machines, which also have NFC and tap to pay capabilities, so you can pay with your phone if it has that capability and is set up or tap your credit card on it. Overall, I love how I was able to choose exactly what I wanted without any confusion with that touchscreen self ordering machine, and I was a quiet and nice experience there, with not a lot of people. One more thing, the building is connected to a gas station so you can get things their before you leave.

Was upset, girlfriend ordered on phone thru the app. Asked me to pickup on way home, and sent me a screenshot from her phone. Apparently you have to bring the phone it was ordered on. Didn't know that. Store canceled online order, then ordered for me in store. Exactly the same stuff. On arriving home, found out I paid $10.00 more then online price.
