I know it’s stupid to review a mcdonalds, but wow this place is so bad. it’s the worst ever. I rarely come and everytime I do, I regret it. 4$ for tiny nasty burrito? Davinci’s has full orders of biscuits and gravy for 5$, go support a local business. It tastes better and is more worth the dollar. It’s time to let McDonald’s fall in a holeEdit: i worked in a mcds in high school, they can NOT justify charging 4$ to roll frozen mix, and one slice of cheese into a plastic tortilla. This is disgraceful, and if you’re willing to pay these prices, you suck too

spent 20 in the drive way just for them not to have my order and then 20 min of them debating on how to fix it, is there absolutely zero costumer policy here? I work fast food too specifically the drive through and when we get something wrong we’re genuinely apologetic not flippant and rude, bad service and interesting food.

Placed a online order at ten 30 and got to location before 11. They refused to make my order. After I proved it was ordered before I got there and it's not my fault they had line at the drive-thru that took a while to get through they said they would only be able to make me cheeseburgers and fries. Our order contained nuggets chickens Happy meals enough food for a family of six. And all they could make us was cheeseburgers and fries. And additionally I will not see a refund on my canceled order for 48 hours. The app says you're open till midnight Google says you're open till midnight. We ordered at 10:30 we should be able to get our food as we ordered it. This location continues to be problematic often we don't get sauce for our nuggets. Things are often missing. And now I wait in line for 20 minutes after driving out of my way to get food for my family and I'm told that oh I'm sorry we can't make your food even though you've been charged for it and you ordered it before we closed. It's just sad.

Service is below sub par in comparison to other McDonald's locations. I'm not sure if they just use this as the training hub or have a really high turnover at this location but I have yet to have an experience where my order was correct. Drive ten minutes to Bellis Fair and go to that one.

I bought a meal with a large Coke. It was about 2 inches below the top of the cup. I asked the young man at the drive thru to fill it up please. He took the cup and filled it up with ice. I told him that's not what I wanted and he said it was full enough. Very poor customer service. I got a medium Coke but paid for a large.

Our little family loves this particular McDonald's. The staff are always polite and respectful. The only reason the food got 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fries not being at 100% every time we go through, although that mostly depends on what time of day we go and if they're busy or not. Thank you, Bakerview McDonald's, you guys rock! Keep up the good work ??
