The owners ranting about Gov Inslee's orders is really off putting. I won't be back as a customer.

First and last time. That was aweful, from the old decor, cold mozzarella sticks aps to a surf n turf nightmare. The shrimp came out black over fried in old grease. I picked one up and looked at the waitress like your really going to serve me this? She agreed and ended up getting me new shrimp, but the shrimp that came out tasted super fishy and left a horrible after taste. Made me think that the reason they came out over done was to hide the fact that they were old. So disappointed. $100 for 2 people. Way over priced for the crap that we got.. the steaks were ok but zero seasoning. Had to salt it down before eating. Very nice waitress and I'm sorry she has to work there. The bar was pretty good as we had a few drinks as well. Never again!

Best prime rib in whatcom county. We have tried them all. This one is the best. (We don’t get the potato option- but it is offered with prime rib). Best staff. Friendly people who remember you from time to time.

Best steak dinner in town. Love the fact that they still have a salad bar.

I was in Bellingham on business and saw this place on yelp. It's a very unassuming place and I get the feeling it's mostly locals. I was so surprised at how good the food was. The calamari appetizer was very good. But the prime rib was as good as I've ever had. My coworker had the ribeye and said it was exceptional as well. The only reason I didn't give it a 4 star was the salad bar. One of the main reasons I selected it was because it had a salad bar, which is hard to find lately. It was a MAJOR disappointment! I wouldn't really call it a salad bar. More like, make your own side salad. Not many toppings at all. I usually go to one of the Anthony restaurants when in town but I can tell you this place is better and a lot less expensive. There's no water view but sometimes I just want good food reasonably priced. That's what you get here. Oh, and service was spot on!

My husband and I went there to celebrate a birthday. Food was over priced. We ordered the steak and the rib eye was a cheap cut of meat.
Don't judge a book by it's cover! We second guessed the place because it looks a bit dated, but OH MAN their food is GREAT! Every single person we encountered was friendly and nice, and our waitress was great. We ordered the prime rib (husband said it was the best prime rib he has ever had) and I ordered the sirloin (ordered medium and it was cooked perfectly) For dessert we had the "famous mud pie" and we couldn't agree more with it's name.

Nice local restaurant. Prices are good and you get a wonderful meal, they also have a great salad bar and daily specials. Lively bar with lots of repeat customers. During warmer months they have outside dining.
