Amazing food and service. We ate here after taking the distillery tour next door. I would 100% recommend both places.

Just not my cup of tea, I was not a fan of the flavor of the bourbon.

This place looks and feels good. We ate at the bar and the food was excellent but the bartender was a bit of a wise guy. LOLBy that I mean, pseudo hipster. Kept talking to all the waitresses because it was slow, and therefore so was our service. Not going to let that get in the way of us going back

The Pot Still pizza was pretty good, a little heavy on the garlic for my liking, and the portobellos weren't cooked all the way through BUT it was still delicious. The chicken in the Doneresque was dry but the sauce made up for it! The pepperoni pizza was spot on! But fir me the experience as a whole was GREAT and the Old Fashioned was perfect! The bartender knows his craft and overall service couldn't have been any better!

Absolutely love this place! It's the restaurant with Chuckanut distillery and serve their spirits! We eat here whenever we are in Bellingham,WA but this visit we came for the bar and an appetizer. The cocktails are on point and the staff are so friendly. Love that you can get bottles from the distillery here too. You have to eat here and do the distillery tour!

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat before seeing a show at Mt Baker Theater. We were sat and served quickly. Though this is a bar and brewery none of us drink alcohol but the choices of non-alcoholic drinks were great. I had a sparkling lemonade that was delicious. My friend had fresh pressed coffee, and my other friend had a diet soda. We saw that they give tours of their brewery to the public for $20 per person, or you can plan a private tour for $25 per person. Great atmosphere and service!Vegetarian options: They had gnocchi macaroni and cheese which was very creamy!

Just a heads up before you go. $$$$Definitely check with your server about what each order includes. And ask how much food your order comes with just in case, I got the shrimp dish and was very underwhelmed.I would just come to this place if you want a fancy feeling and fancy priced drink.Be careful sitting next to the big windows as it can get very drafty and cold inside.

We had a family gathering in the speak easy and it was a wonderful environment. It had been the first speak easy I have been to, and it’s better than I expected. The food was incredible and the service we received was amazing. Not to mention the drinks were very good.We actually had the chance to revisit the speak easy to have our engagement pictures done, which we were so incredibly thankful for! The pictures had turned out amazing! Thank you so much to the owner and the crew.

1st time here, didn’t know I ordered a $20 Mac and cheese soup.. I don’t mind paying for food but when it’s this disappointing it’s a bummer. I don’t know what I’m eating for the macaroni part. It taste like soggy balls/ raw dough balls, maybe they’re undercooked? No idea what’s going on here with my Togo order.
