Pho 360 is by far the best pho place in town- not only that but the BEST Vietnamese food in town. I’ve ordered take out from here probably 10+ times in the last few years and I have never once been disappointed. It’s consistently exceeded my expectations. 10000% would

Best spring/salad rolls in Bellingham!

Large combo pho meets the craving for comfort food and hot soup on a cold day. Convenient squeeze bottles for sauce. Taro milk tea was tasty - ran out of boba at the end of the day.

We got a quick bite - some banh mi here - we'd recommend the grilled pork one.

A disinterested teen was working the front. Didn't have any answers about the menu. I ordered a large steak. The broth was oily and thin. There was 3 small pieces of meat. They brought me a super small portion of toppings and the bowl was the size of every other Pho restaurant's small potion. For $15 I will never ever go here again. Not good food, not good service, not good portions. And a dish tub of meat on the ground un refrigerated. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else.

We tried this place this evening. As a resident of Bellingham for 15 years Pho99 has been our go-to, so we wanted to check this place out.Well to start off their customer service is something to be desired. The first booth we sat at had a strong SOUR smell. Even my teen who smells nothing noticed it, so we moved tables. Our server noticed and was smiling and chatting with the other employees. I let our server know that it smelled bad and maybe it was their wet towel they use for cleaning. She came to our table with the same towel and WOW did it stink after she wiped it down. It smelled so sour. Thanks. Our meal was minimal and didn't have much flavor. I tried to believe that they cared about the important stuff, but if they can't change out a rotten towel they've used over and over all day. Hmmm.We won't be going back.

I've gone here a number of times since I moved to Bellingham 3 years ago and it's definitely my favorite pho place around. Their spring rolls are excellent, and every variety of pho I've had was great (I typically go for the beef combo varieties to be specific). Also the service time for food is excellent- perfect for a relatively quick stop. Prices are so reasonable, the staff have always been friendly and not overbearing, and it's a great place to wind down in after a long day. Will for sure be seeing me more!

I've had WAY better in Southern California. The Pho was OK and the Lemongrass Tofu with vermicelli was bland to say the least. Service was good; as soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated, and water brought to the table. I settled for vermicelli instead of rice because it wasn't ready. I get perturbed at restaurants that open and they are not ready to provide all the food on their menu--especially something as simple and plentiful as rice. The music was pleasant but interesting not to see even one picture or decoration on the wall; just two different color walls. Boring. Sorry to say I'm not coming back here.

Compared to pho 99 this place is 10x better. It's a nice family owned buissness with great broth made from scratch (you can see them cooking it in the back) and it's rich and flavorful! The prices are also WAY better than pho 99 and you get quite a bit more and better quality food. All around a favorite spot. The service can be tough due to language barrier but you get great food and friendly atmosphere AND support a family buissness.

Loved this BBQ Pork Banh Mi sandwich! Hubby got the combination Pho and loved it as well!

I ordered pho for delivery and the food was alright. Bit too acidic for me, especially with raw onion given for the soup. The broth container leaked a bit into the bag. Overall, it was okay. I probably won’t order here again.
