My 14 inch pizza was 12 inches. An employee took the middle of my pizza. Not at all my ubers fault because it was sealed. Don't ever order from them. Rip off. When I called the manager hung up on me.

Absolutely awful. Outsourced my delivery to a surly Door Dash driver who showed up ~an hour later to hand me a cold pizza not even kept in any kind of warming bag. She told me if I didn’t like it to call the store. When I tried to do so I was redirected to a foreign call center. Trash-tier service from start to finish. Food was gross.

It's Pizza Hut! This location is not a full restaurant where customers can dine in and be served. There are limited seating area though inside the restaurant. Pizza always tastes great (the best in my opinion). Service was fast. I placed a take-out order through their app and got my order within 10 minutes.

Ordered a (very overpriced) pizza on the app and was given a delivery time. After 40ish minutes past the estimated delivery time I still had gotten my order. The app also wasn’t updating any info, so we decided to call the store and after jumping through hoops to get through PH’s unnecessarily difficult automated phone directory, we were told it was delivered to the wrong address. We live in a pretty big apartment complex, so that’s understandable. Just incredibly frustrating that there wasn’t at least an attempt to reach out to deliver to the correct address. They offered to remake the order and gave us yet another 30 minute wait time.

Pizza was DELICIOUS! Got the Supreme. Done to perfection. However, to make sure I could get the order delivered and meet the minimum had to order something extra. Decided on Cinnabon mini rolls. NEVER AGAIN! Where on earth did they learn to make these things? 10 little dough pieces with frosting poured on top. $6.79 for this stupid thing. Top it off they were not even cooked through. Cinnamon rolls are not pizza. Need to proof so that they are rolls, you know? Pizza Hut - Shame on you!

After avoiding Pizza Hut for several months due to a previous bad experience with finding multiple hairs in my pizza, I decided to give them another shot. I normally like the food and the deals are great. However, I was super disappointed to find yet ANOTHER hair baked into my food. I’m convinced at this point that they don’t wear hair nets. Think I’m done with Pizza Hut unless you decide to do something about this issue.
This was take out order. Pizza was 15 mins later than the App said it would be an only a few hard chairs in lobby to wait . Very cold in lobby and counter help acted like it was a pain to get my order to me.

A month or so ago I ordered a NY style pizza. Unknown to the driver and us it had slid pretty bad and was, well, lopsided. I called the Bellingham, WA Meridian store and they kindly gave me a credit of $26 (or roughly the pizza cost).Tonight I called and asked to order 24 boneless wings against my credit, as wings were/are .75 cents each on special, as well as 8 bone in wings.The call got dropped before I could offer credit card info or tip.I called back and just got 'your order was received' and again was dropped.The delivery person showed up and I had to pay ~$49 (including tip) for the wings order. This obviously didn't show the credit or the ongoing special on wings.I called the store, and knowing this wasn't the managers actions, talked and then the call got dropped. (I'm in Sunnyland neighborhood, my calls don't drop with Tmo here).We love and enjoy Pizza Hut but this is a potentially review/opinion with people issue. I'd like to get my $26 in credit as well as the difference between the $48 in 24 boneless wings (and 8 bone in wings regular price) that should have been 75 cents each.
