Lost a package being delivered to me, and lost a package I sent. I’m out over 200$ in missing stuff and useless postage. It’s literally worse that not having a postal service to begin with

Not sure about the history that led to this precinct’s 2.9 rating here on the goog. But I can tell you this, it’s absolutely not because of people like Rachelle.Without a doubt, one of the sweetest and most helpful postal staff members I have ever had the pleasure to work with. All she did was was demonstrate a “how can I help you better” spirit. All too uncommon anymore.And I don’t even live in Bellingham! I was just passing through on a road trip under less than ideal circumstances. And now I’m left only to wish I could always have her as my hometown postal professional.I only hope the USPS knows how lucky they are to have her! Thanks again Rachelle for all you did to help ensure my postal needs were met.

I've been to this post office twice and had a great experience both times! Super speedy service, friendly customer service, look forward to going back! It's also convenient having the counter located within the gas station convenience store, it's a one-stop shop for a lot of things.

Terrible customer service. I'm shipping a used textbook, and it needs to get there without damage. The postal worker told me to grab the most flimsy envelope there and said it would probably get damaged. She was super nice and helpful to the very well dressed woman before me, so I'm not sure why she spoke to me so rudely. That kind of interaction can really ruin your day. I thought this little post office would save time, but I guess I'll go to the bigger location and wait in line like everyone else. It's a shame; this location is only a few blocks from my house, but there's no way I'm coming back here. It really takes no more time to be nice to someone than to be rude and dismissive.

Our favorite convenience store! Great beer and wine selection and a surprisingly wide selection of grocery items. Pizza'zza is great tasting high quality pizza (although expensive, but you get what you pay for). Love the local vibe and great service. The only reason I ever visit the competitor across the parking lot is to get hot roller food...I'm not proud.

I had a huge mailing project (a LOT of packages) that I took into Yorky’s and both clerks were so helpful and not at all disgruntled (that I could tell!) about helping me. It took a long time but they were patient and professional, despite me taking up most of their morning. I especially appreciated how Covid-safe the store was. Covid rules were politely enforced and the layout was conducive to social distancing. Thank you, Yorky’s clerks!!
recieved a message my package couldnt be dropped off because driveway and door were not accesible when it was a perfect day out and nothing in the way, there customer service phone number closes at 3 pm pacific time which is awful since most people are working at 3 pm. Stil have yet to recieve my package and each time i try getting help nothing happens even with a provided tracking number, im now out 260 dollars. USPS is an awful company with the worst customer service

Pizza was good...not unreal. I was surprised that they didnt have a kids size and when i asked for a half and half medium-that also was impossible because THERE ISN'T A BUTTON???! Well friends, make one. If you need help, there are many of us. Regardless, this was our first pizza place after just moving here....won't be going back. Also, $50 for a large and a medium pepperoni?! Not enough toppings to charge that kind of money. For this price, the pizza better be giving me a foot massage.

This place used to be good; like 4 years ago, it was one of the most popular pizza places in town. Had a pizza from them a few months ago and it was bad. Dry/stale tasting crust, not enough cheese at all (just sprinkled), unflavorful sauce, and skimped on toppings. And was charged like $24? Domino's is way better. And I don't even like Domino's that much. That's saying something. This place is overpriced and skimp on ingredients; it's unfortunate. If you're going to charge that much, then have quality ingredients and make sure you're using plenty of it! That is my honest review.
