Their sandwiches are good, I'll give them that much. Just as good as any other Port Of Subs. However, they seem to have a really big issue with products being in stock. Just about every time I order for pick up or through Uber Eats, I get a call saying they're out of something. Whether it be the bread I chose; having to swap out one side for another, no cookies or brownies, etc. Not only that, but there's even been at least a handful of times where the additions I asked for aren't even on the sand which. I doubt it has anything to do with employees but I'm so annoyed at this point that I don't even want to order from them anymore. Merely because I'll always expect a call that they're out of something or I'll get my order and it'll be incorrect in one way or another. Again, nothing to do with the quality of the food, it's my repeated experiences of things either being out of stock or incorrectly prepared.

I love Port of Subs. Consistently great subs for years. Great ingredients. Why bother with subway when you can eat Port Of Subs. I love the classic Italian with oil and vinegar, salt, pepper and oregano.Lots of size options.

Terrible customer service!!! Today we went in to get sandwiches and the two guys behind the counter were rude, short and very impatient with us. They seemed as though to us that they hated there jobs and it showed. A girl comes out and although she had a mask on you could tell she was a snot by the things she said and the look on her face. I spoke up and told them they should try smiling and that they lacked customer service. I get home and my lettuce is brown and to top it off there was a hair in my sandwich! We will never eat here again!!

Wasn't aloud to order anything because they said a face shield wasn't good enough for them. It's good enough for CDC to approve its use. They have no tolerance for people who can't wear mask for medical reasons.

Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. Had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. Bring your appetite because portions are filling.

Great easily accessible location. Was welcomed by Hunter & Jal... (sp); VERY informative & patient since I'd never been there to see the "menu" & make my choices for the family. Staff properly masked & gloved which is appreciated in these times. VERY appreciated seeing a posted notice to wear your mask covering both nose & mouth; noteworthy for this business! Granted my "order" was wide ranging; vegetarian sub, reg sub & a wrap. All were good but needed a "deeper flavor" for our tastes. The wrap was low on the "meat & cheese" for the size of the tortilla; better when warmed.

This place has terrible customer service. If I could give it no stars I would. I went in with a fairly large order, was told very rudely I would not be served because my mask wasn't medical grade. I have severe claustrophobia. And it causes anxiety. I called asked to speak with the manager. Was told one wasn't in, I asked to leave my number, for a call back. All I got was attitude. I could literally hear this child roll her eyes. Hands down worse experience ever.
