Food is always excellent. Hardly any interaction with the server. She pointed us to use the table tablet for paying and reordering drinks. But that little table kiosk was so filthy and disgusting neither mom nor I wanted to touch it. So I used a tissue between my finger on that stupid table kiosk. I'm not sure why the servers are so busy, but it's not because they are cleaning! Used to be my favorite restaurant. Bye bye for good.

Atmosphere is ok, old restaurant smell, but normal if that makes sense. Service was great, all the servers were super helpful and nice. Our waiter, Henry, was attentive and friendly. I ordered the kids cheeseburger with a side of onion rings (not bottomless), which was the perfect portion size. My friend had the Shroom burger with a side of fries, I had a bite of the burger, and it was delish. We had refills of the bottomless fries twice, we asked for extra crispy and it was freshly fried! The place is filthy. Its freezing inside, everyone had there jackets on. They lie to you non stop about wait times. The burgers are tiny as well as the side portions. You will only see your waiter 2x once when you order and when they bring you the check. This is a horrible ran corporation.

I had written RR of after my last dining experience in factorial, food was sorry looking, poorly prepared, service was okay.... But this RR completely changed my mind, food looked like it does in the menu pics, and service was fun & attentive. Came in with a large group of 15, called about 20 min ahead, everything was ready for us when we arrived.Vegetarian options: Veggie or impossible burgers available

Great burger joint and pub, clean restaurant and good service. Wide variety of alcoholic beverages on tap ad well. Good location off the highway with quick access to get back on the road. Very good place to stop for a meal while traveling through Washington.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger well done no tomato garlic fries with ranch. Burger not well done, had tomato and the garlic fries were so oily there was a puddle on my plate. And runny ranch, will find a new place to eat. Waitress was awesome!

The food was good. I didn't know they had their own special sauce on the cheeseburger and I didn't like the sauce, other than that everything was great! Great for a family dinner. This was my first visit, and I enjoyed it. I just wish they would wipe down the kiosk at the tables it was dirty, and they they sat us down at the table. Underneath it was dirt napkins, probably from the last customers before us.

It was a busy Friday night and they were really understaffed. Once we were seated, it took almost 20 minutes to get drinks ordered. Then it was almost another 30 before we were served. You could see everyone running around trying their best. I felt bad for them. They needed at least 5 more people working.
