On our way to Vegas my husband and I came to your restaurant for breakfast before our flight. Sebastian was our server and he was super unprofessional and abrupt. We ordered then he leaned over us and said with SAS "um you know you could have ordered this at the walk up till" "just so you know" spun on his heals and walked away. I approach the bar to pay and he gave me a dirty look. I asked to pay and he told me he was not ordering our food! I proceeded to the till and order instead

It is nice and simple making a reservation, I just went to their website and they have a place where you can place a reservation. We had a party of 6 and when we walked in we were sat right away, the service was good and the food was delicious!

After my daughter's intimate wedding, she and her new husband selected ScottyBrowns for a special dinner with their mothers. The staff was incredibly attentive, showing kindness and patience in accommodating one of the moms who had memory and mobility challenges.

I really enjoyed the vibe, the staff, the food, everything was excellent. There was a 20 min wait- so call ahead. But it was a quick true 20 min. Server was bubbly and full of smiles.

The look of this restaurant is the only good thing about it. The drinks were weak, the food was Applebee's quality, so not the worst I've had, but nowhere near what I would call "good." The price for this mediocre meal was also outrageous. The staff were all talking to one another and ignoring the tables. We won't be back

Great place to eat and have a cocktail before a movie. Fun atmosphere. Large menu with something for every taste bud. American to Asian fusion. Plenty of parking.

The waiter was very disrespectful, non attentive and racially bias by her treatment to take our order. Her boss who tried to console us was very protective and did not wish to take ownership. She apologized consistently using the word " but" overshadowing the point that the waitress was disrespectful, ignoring us and making us feel isolated. The waiter also spoke to us using street slang . Her micro-regressions showed through how she communicated with us.

Good value for quality food in a welcoming atmosphere. Add the excellent service, and you have a restaurant gem

The food is great. We've always had a wonderful experience but tonight we ordered chicken lettuce wraps to go, and the lettuce was thrown in with the sauce, and it turned into a soggy mess for the lettuce. My recommendation for next time would be to wrap the lettuce separately, so it remains fresh, especially on a to go item. We will still go back. I am sure it was just an off night and someone forgot..

The food is nice, the drinks are great, the staff are kind. But, and I will probably get in trouble for this review since a few family and friends like to go here, they are not a great company. I worked in the food industry for 15 years at some great restaurants in Los Angeles and never came across a company with such little regard for their customers. The first time we went there we were surprised to find out that they didn't have a changing table for parents in any bathroom, and even more surprised to find out that it was a conscious decision by management to not have them even though there were multiple request by customers. Had to change my daughters diaper on the car seat, that was fun. Went again this evening while visiting family, 39 degrees and raining, they told our party to wait outside (15 minute wait, half full restaurant), no heaters, or in the car because it is company policy to not have people waiting for their table. We have a 3 month old so I stayed by the door with our car seat to keep him warm while we waited, thinking no human would say take a 3 month old into the cold. The other 7 of our party went outside to follow their policy. The hostess followed up by asking me to take the baby back to our car to wait, after saying I won't make him wait in the cold. The best part of the evening was watching a table of guest leave the restaurant, the table sat dirty and uncleared for 20 minutes, my wife watched and timed it, and then we were sat at the same table. I like the food and drinks, and the staff, other than the gentlemen who said I should take my 3 month back into the cold or to sit in my car, are very nice. But, clearly who ever is running this company is forgetting the people who make it so successful. Craziest thing about it, aside from the bar, it was prob 90% families with kids sitting at the tables. I like this place, and it is a bummer to give it a bad review, but you definitely need to do better.
