The food is pure comfort. It's comparable to Bob Evans in the Midwest. Big portions, friendly and fast service, and free pie on Wednesday. What more could you want?

Terrible experience. My sister and I had lunch here. The minute we walked in she said “wow that cook should really have a beard net on”. When ordering our food I mentioned that I was vegetarian and asked for accommodations to my food because of this, and the server just said “no we don’t do that, that’s not how it’s made”. Then after we ordered I found a long brown, curly hair in my pickle fries. Not only this but the server was unfriendly and the atmosphere just felt unclean. The table didn’t even look like it was wiped down as it had coffee stains and crumbs.

Recently, my friends and I went to a restaurant. We forgot to take photos, so I took some from my husband's YouTube video. The food was delicious, service commendable, but we felt rushed as the bill was placed before we could ask. Despite that, we enjoyed and might go back.

We used to come here all the time because it was affordable and friendly. I could not say either of those are still true. The food is mediocre for what you pay for it. The pies are alright. Some are better than others. The service is what prevents me from going in the future. There’s a couple servers who are very friendly and great but overall the atmosphere in this place is terrible. There’s never any music playing so it’s weird and quiet. Even with only a couple other guests dining in, it takes several minutes for someone to even acknowledge you when you walk in the door and you generally feel like they don’t want you there. I’m surprised this place is still even in business at this point. I understand being frustrated when you’re busy, short staffed and another person walks in, but this was a Friday night and there were only 2 other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. You’re better off going somewhere else for pretty much anything off their menu.
