My friends came in for a late night sandwich (like we have many times) and the employee would not serve us even though it was 1:30am and they close at 2am. The employee Schaffer said the bathroom was closed for the night and refused to let us use it. He was also walking around in socks...... and I have a video to prove it

we came for a rest, the white boy forced us to buy something. Okay, that's fine. I bought a meal and had to use my laptop to complete some work.After 30mins, the staff asked us to leave and said his boss was monitoring him by CCTV, not allow customers to stay in store more than 30mins. Is this the SUBWAY culture!
the girl who helped me was very rude and passive aggressive to me after i requested different bread because it was torn in half. she also only gave me a single napkin which i found hilarious

I walk in at 8:31 PM, open sign is in, door unlocked, and hours sign says open till 9:00pm. Employee says to me "we're closed". I say, "that's strange, your sign says 9:00. You should change your sign." Employee says, in a rude tone" uh, yeah, ok."
