Worst experience ever! Been going to Taco Bell for years and years... no more! Tried to order and was interupted again and again with the person trying to upsell us, "Do you want extra chicken?", "Do you want sour cream with that?" over and over... We were just going to leave, but were stuck in drive-through; so we cut the order down and went someplace else.I know it wasn't the fault of the poor person taking the orders it's the location or the corporation constandly trying to "Up-sell". Don't get me started on the prices, damn, two people ordering is $45? I can go to a sit down restaraunt for less.Used to be good food for cheap... now it's same food just expensive and rude! I can't believe how pissed I am.

Went here as a doordash driver to pickup an oder. Only the drive thru was open. I waited behind 3 cars. When I got to my turn they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Then they asked me to pull around again. There 5 cars behind me. They said well all those people were cash customers. My person ordered online. Took me ten minutes to get there then I waited behind 3 cars. Now they wanted me to wait behind 5 more car. The order was 3 cheesy fries. Service absolutely sucked.

I love Taco Bell; my favourites are the grilled cheesy burrito, the beefy triple melt burrito, and the Doritos locos taco supreme beef taco. Specifically at this location, service is usually super slow there as there’s long lines inside and the drive thru. Also more than a handful of times they forget one or more of my items I order, and there will be topping missing in items.

The cashier that I had was so awesome! I was a little bit short on money this last visit to this location, and she took care of the difference for me. I thought that was so kind and nice of her. I was like $0.45 off and only had 2 items with my purchase. I think she knew that times are kinda rough for everyone now a days, and I was trying to feed myself and my girlfriend. So whoever you were, thank you so much for the little bit of help that we needed at the time!Parking: Plenty of room to park for those with vehicles.

I always order the Doritos locos tacos and let me tell you I don't know if its the employees or the person who does the ordering of their food but the shell was stale and had mold on the inside. I smelled it before I seen it. Thank God I don't take a bite. Gross. The employees ask you to pull around the building and wait for one taco to be brought out to me when there wasn't even anyone else in line waiting to order at the drive thru. This place has gone DOWN HILL AND I AM NOT EVEN JOKING. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 ⭐

Taco bell and it's employees were great but the three people that approached my vehicle after I went through the drive thru while I was in the middle of a phone conversation were kinda pushy and
Avoid this one! The guy working the drive-thru was talking a mile-a-minute and kept interrupting me when I was ordering (asking if I wanted random alterations). Therefore, my order got screwed up (I could see on the screen preview that he'd entered four items instead of three). When the issue was caught and I received my three items, I was still CHARGED for four and was NOT given a receipt so I couldn't prove what had happened. Since when is it protocol to not automatically put a receipt in the bag? Extremely annoying. And I was the only car in the drive-thru, it's not like they were in the middle of a rush or something.
