workers are very friendly, so many tea options, and good bubble tea for a good price! but make sure to ask them to steep it for longer, otherwise it will taste too watery and flavorless. I got a Thai tea the first time I went there and was super disappointed because it was not like a traditional Thai tea at all, tasted more like a watery black tea. the next time I went I got a milk tea with rose black tea and made sure to ask them to steep it for longer and it was much better.

Great teas & boba! I just wish they would display prices for all their products. It makes me uncomfortable having to ask the pricing for every single loose tea mix. I’ve had multiple boba drinks here and they have all been good. I’ve also gotten multiple loose teas here and they’re delicious.

Just moved here and the spice hut is my favorite place in Bellingham. I have nothing but good things to say. Amazing fresh loose leaf teas with seemingly infinite variety. Best bubble tea I have ever had and that’s saying a lot because I consider myself quite the bubble tea connoisseur. Nicest and friendliest staff ever always willing to help you pick out teas or come up with new things to try.

Our first visit to the Spice Hut was earlier this month (November). Although the shop held much to be delighted with, the help from the woman-behind-the-counter was the best thing! She answered our questions with knowledge and patience; and helped with our selections.Of the half dozen teas we purchased that day, we have tried, and thoroughly enjoyed, 3 of them. Each was fresh and absolutely delicious.Spice Hut has become our go-to place for tea - and we're looking forward to trying some of their amazing spice selections.

Love the looseleaf teas (huge selection) and spices here! Some of my favorite teas are: Assam Daybreak, Chocolate Mint, Washington Apple Green Tea, Creamy Caramel Rooibos Tea. Looseleaf tea is SO much better than tea bags. Some of my favorite spice blends are: Moroccan, Curry in a Hurry, Herbes de Provence (great for omelettes and roast chicken), Thai Seasoning, Tandoori Masala and Luigi's Italiano Spice. Using the spice blends makes it much quicker when cooking and the results more delicious. The Spice Hut has an excellent selection and you can tell it is a family-owned business: they really care about the business. They provide excellent service. The teas and spice blends also make great gifts.
