There was an issue with my order, done on line through the Subway site. The order wasn't ready when I arrived, as they claim it was for the next day. That isn't possible to do, as I showed the manager. Simple enough, refund my money. Nope, I have to go through PayPal and dispute the transaction to get a refund. I was basically accused of submitting an order for the next day, (impossible) and also told I would just go back through PayPal and get a refund if he, the manager, just refunded my money in the store. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and no, a free cookie won't fix it, thank you.
